Kari Lake and Mark Finchem Take Lawsuit to Ban Voting Machines to The US Supreme Court with New Allegations of Illegal Machine Certification

 

Kari Lake and Mark Finchem appealed their lawsuit to ban the use of electronic voting machines to the United States Supreme Court on Thursday.

 

This comes after the 2022 election, where 60% of the voting machines were reportedly programmed to fail on election day, causing mass voter disenfranchisement and up to four-hour-long lines for Republican in-person voters.

 

The filing includes “new allegations,” some of which were previously mentioned in Kari Lake’s lawsuit to overturn the stolen election, including:

 

First, Maricopa did not conduct the required L&A testing, on which the district court relied to find the risk of election interference speculative.

Second, Maricopa did not use certified software, on which the district court relied to find the risk of election interference speculative.

Third, Maricopa used software that made all passwords needed to control Maricopa elections available to anyone with physical or remote access, which supports petitioners’ allegations and evidence that past elections were manipulated.

 

Fourth, altering election software without the Arizona Secretary of State’s approval is criminal act under Arizona law, A.R.S. §§16-449(A), 16- 452(C), 16-1009, 16-1004(B), 16-1010, thereby evaporating presumptions in their favor under Arizona law. See note 5, infra (Arizona’s “bursting bubble” theory of nonstatutory presumptions).

 

Fifth, Maricopa’s officials misrepresented their compliance with Arizona election law (e.g., L&A testing, certified software), which negates any presumptions in their favor under Arizona law. See note 5, infra (Arizona’s “bursting bubble” theory of nonstatutory presumptions).

Sixth, Maricopa officials abdicated control over the complex election systems to embedded private Dominion employees who lack any presumption of regularity under Arizona law. See note 4, infra.

 

The Gateway Pundit previously reported on these claims and video evidence that Maricopa County conducted secret reprogramming of the machines on October 14 through 18 after the Secretary of State’s October 11 Logic and Accuracy testing without notifying the Secretary of State for required additional testing.

Working a missing person situation in California.

Last ping was somwhere in the Joshua Tree area (not confirmed part of why this case is suspect. Information has not been broadcasted by closest connected. The first thing I would do is notify immediate friends and family after 24 hours missing.) I was told the story 48 hours later with colvoluted details. Three days missing if there is still no BOLO case file etc.

I understand his wife (w/ hard to comprehend wealth is paying for arial searches of the area and private investigator so I am told)

I am monitoring flight tracker data wondering if a PF can pull last 72 hours of search patterns of private or public aircraft for archive / more detail on locations being currently searched what I have so far is simply Joshaua Tree area) Patterns I have personally observed so far are south west of this area…no where close to Joshaua tree. I have only started tracking today and not a PF by any means but still I aspire to learn more.

Last phone ping was in Joshaua Tree. Said to have left a written note he was not doing well and going to go srurfing and not come back. (Something along those lines. 2001 Dodge Ram 1500 Black in color. Large tires lifted with a light weight camper pop top for overlanding. Surfing and camping were one of his passions. (As with many in this area. I am told very common settup for the urban nature adreline junkies. Surfing, motorcycles, mountain biking etc… were his hobbies.

Foreign Thugs ATTACK Border Hawk Outside Illegal Alien Shelter In El Paso, TX

 

A group of foreign men loitering at a church sheltering illegal aliens in El Paso, TX, swarmed a Border Hawk vehicle today, pounding the windows and trying to force entry before slinging rocks at us.

 

Our reporter became trapped in street traffic outside Sacred Heart Church when at least three thugs approached us while making lewd and menacing gestures and cursing at us in Spanish.

Sources on the ground tell us authorities have been alerted countless times about criminal activities at Sacred Heart Church, and say it is not likely police will take any action, despite our cameras picking up clear images of the faces of all suspects involved.

Governor Gavin Newsom’s office has sent an email requesting volunteers to reach out to Democrats who have had their ballots rejected in the recent Proposition 1 vote.

COOK COUNTY, IL: "Two former Dolton employees and one former Thornton Township employee filed three separate lawsuits Wednesday against Dolton Mayor and Thornton Township Supervisor Tiffany Heynard, alleging they were terminated out of retaliation for not supporting the politician. All of the suits also name Keith Freeman, a special assistant to Heynard in Thornton Township and village administrator for Dolton. Two of the suits name the village of Dolton while the third names Thornton Township and its director of finances, Robert Hunt.

Samysha William, former director of the Building Permits and License Department in Dolton, claims she was fired because she failed to comply with Henyard’s requests to withhold public records from trustees, did not “withhold permits in exchange for campaign donations”, and refused to mute trustees during board meetings. “Williams was instructed to practice muting the Trustees when they were speaking during the meetings,” one line from her suit reads.

Sandra Tracy alleges that while in her role as Thornton Township’s human resources manager, she declined to assist Henyard and her refusal led to her termination. “Henyard also asked Tracy for a list of all Township employees…with notes detailing all their faults and any known “dirt on them,” … given what Tracy may have known as HR Manager,” a line from the suit reads.

VA-sponsored psychedelics studies get green light in FY24 budget

The Department of Veterans Affairs can now begin trials of certain psychedelic therapies, after Congress passed the fiscal 2024 budget for the VA that included an amendment on psychedelic research.

 

The bill, which passed on March 8, encourages the VA to use $20 million to conduct nationwide trials of certain breakthrough psychedelic therapies, which include the use of MDMA-AT, also known as ecstasy or molly, and psilocybin, also known as magic mushrooms. A “breakthrough therapy” is a designation the U.S. Food and Drug Administration gives to drugs used to treat serious conditions, with initial studies showing “substantial improvement” over available medicines.

 

“We are truly grateful to our congressional champions, who’ve worked hand-in-hand with us to get federal skin in the game for MDMA-AT research,” Juliana Mercer, a Marine Corps veteran and veteran advocacy director for the group Healing Breakthrough, said in a statement. “We’re witnessing the federal government take unprecedented action to bring healing to our hurting veterans.”

 

Politico first reported on the psychedelic therapy provision, which was introduced by Psychedelic Advancing Therapies Caucus co-chairs Reps. Jack Bergman (R-Mich.) and Lou Correa (D-Calif.).

 

There are currently eight psychedelic therapy trials taking place across the country through the VA, Mercer said, but all of those studies are philanthropically funded. Mercer previously told Military Times that a lack of federal funds hinders efforts to get such therapies in the hands of veterans who need them.

 

The passage of the amendment comes at a time when various agencies within the federal government are expanding research into the medicinal properties of psychedelics. Lawmakers in December passed the first-ever provision allowing the Defense Department to fund federal or state studies of the effects of psychedelic therapies. Select service members who have been diagnosed with post-traumatic stress disorder or traumatic brain injury may be eligible to receive a waiver from Defense Sec. Lloyd Austin to allow them to take part in the studies.

 

The FDA last month also announced that a joint approach of talk therapy and midomafetamine, or MDMA, would receive a fast-track review of six months, instead of the normal 10 months, given the potential of the therapy. The FDA provided a target date of Aug. 11 to conclude its evaluation and decision.

 

Results from studies on MDMA and other psychedelics have proven promising. The FDA designated MDMA as a “breakthrough therapy” for treatment of post-traumatic stress disorder in 2017. In 2019, psilocybin to treat anxiety and depression received that designation.

 

A second multi-site, phase III trial by the Multidisciplinary Association of Psychedelic Studies found that more than 86% of participants who received the MDMA-assisted therapy experienced “clinically meaningful” improvement in their symptoms 18 weeks after starting the trial.

 

Greater than 71% of participants who were administered MDMA-assisted therapy also no longer met the diagnostic criteria for PTSD at the end of the study, compared to little more than 46% of participants given the placebo plus therapy.
