Russia thwarts over 90,000 cyberattacks on electoral resources on March 15

The cyberattacks can be tracked down to Ukraine and IP addresses of Western Europe and North America, Head of Solar Company Igor Lapunov specified

MOSCOW, March 16. /TASS/.Over 90,000 cyberattacks on Russia’s electoral resources were thwarted on the first day of the country’s presidential election, Rostelecom Senior Vice President for Information Security, Head of Solar Company Igor Lapunov said via video conferencing in the Central Election Commission (CEC) on Saturday.

"Over 90,000cyberattacks were carried out against electoral web portals, the resources of the CEC and online voting and Gosuslugi[the public services portal]. This is a large number, whichexceeds by eight times the amount of cyberattacks registered on the Single Vote Day last year. All the attacks were repulsed," he said.

The cyberattacks can betracked down to Ukraine and IP addresses of Western Europe and North America, he specified.

"Judging by the professionalism of cyberattacks, we can understand that professional, special groups are working," he said.

The Federation Council, the upper house of Russia’s parliament, officially designated March 17, 2024 as the day of the presidential election. The Central Election Commission (CEC) then announced that voting will take place over three days on March 15-17.

Four candidates are vying for the top office, namely New People party nominee Vladislav Davankov; self-nominated candidate and incumbent President Vladimir Putin; Liberal Democratic Party of Russia (LDPR) nominee Leonid Slutsky; and Communist Party of the Russian Federation (CPRF) nominee Nikolay Kharitonov.

MOSCOW, March 16. /TASS/. Western countries’ statements that they don’t recognize Russia’s election are a problem for themselves, Russian Foreign Ministry Spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said.—

"Just look, they have been saying for several months that elections in Russia must not be held that they would not let them happen," she said during an event organized by the Russian Znanie Society. "But when they understood that the election will ultimately take place and that the voting will be organize both in our country and for those Russians who are staying abroad <…>, when they (Western countries - TASS) understood that we would organize polling stations there (abroad - TASS), despite their intimidation and aggressive rhetoric, they proceeded to the next stage - they began warning that they would not recognize this election. This is their own problem. This is our election, our country. What have they to do with it?"

(Interesting “the West” politicians accuse Russia of interfering in US elections. It never happened but the West will do it to Russia)

>>20570891 House May Refer January 6 Committee Members for ProsecutionPNs

Republicans must fight back and punish the J6 otherwise they will continueto destroy our country and break the law!

The whole Democrats and fake Republicans in congress continues to break the law, the more they do.Reps HAVE TO start prosecuting them, all of them and bring Federal RICO charges against the whole J6 Committee Pelosi, Schiff, along with the hired aids, investigators (which may total 150 in total etc) who served on this fake and illegal committee. If anyone or group in Congress was involved, they all need to charged with Federal and State RICO laws. This committee fits the definition==. The Committee at a bare minimum used $34 million on this sham: (partial definition)

The Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act is a United States federal law that provides for extended criminal penalties and a civil cause of action for acts performed as part of an ongoing criminal organization.

Despite its harsh provisions, a RICO-related charge is considered easy to prove in courtbecause it focuses on patterns of behavior as opposed to criminal acts.[4]

An Act relating to the control of organized crime in the United States

Enterprise defined

There must be one of four specified relationships between the defendant(s) and the enterprise. Either the defendant(s):

invested the proceeds of the pattern of racketeering activity into the enterprise (18 U.S.C. § 1962(a)); or

acquired or maintained an interest in, or control of, the enterprise through the pattern of racketeering activity (subsection (b)); or

conducted or participated in the affairs of the enterprise "through" the pattern of racketeering activity (subsection (c)); or

conspired to do one of the above (subsection (d)).[5]

The US Supreme Court noted that a commentator had used the terms"prize","instrument","victim", or"perpetrator"for these four relationships.[6]

Civil suits

RICO also permits a private individual "damaged in his business or property" by a "racketeer" to file a civil suit. The plaintiff must prove the existence of an "enterprise." The defendant(s) are not the enterprise; in other words, the defendant(s) and the enterprise are not one and the same.[7]

A civil RICO action can be filed in state or federal court.[8]

Both the criminal and the civil components allow the recovery of treble damages (triple the amount of actual/compensatory damages).[citation needed]

Although some of the RICO predicate acts are extortion and blackmail, one of the most successful applications of the RICO laws has been the ability to indict and or sanction individuals for their behavior and actions committed against witnesses and victims in alleged retaliation or retribution for cooperating with federal law enforcement or intelligence agencies.

Violations of the RICO laws can be alleged in civil lawsuit cases or for criminal charges. In these instances, charges can be brought against individuals or corporations in retaliation for said individuals or corporations working with law enforcement. Further, charges can also be brought against individuals or corporations who have sued or filed criminal charges against a defendant.

Anti-SLAPP (strategic lawsuit against public participation) laws can be applied in an attempt to curb alleged abuses of the legal system by individuals or corporations who use the courts as a weapon to retaliate against whistle blowers or victims or to silence another's speech. RICO could be alleged if it can be shown that lawyers or their clients conspired and collaborated to concoct fictitious legal complaints solely in retribution and retaliation for themselves having been brought before the courts.[citation needed]

Although the RICO laws may cover drug trafficking crimes in addition to other more traditional RICO predicate acts such as extortion, blackmail, and racketeering, large-scale and organized drug networks are now commonly prosecuted under the Continuing Criminal Enterprise Statute, also known as the "Kingpin Statute". The CCE laws target only traffickers who are responsible for long-term and elaborate conspiracies, whereas the RICO law covers a variety of organized criminal behaviors.[70]

I really think that Trump’s lawsuit will be the basis of things Kash and others investigate. Trump withdrew the filing, but i have no doubt that the J6 was just and expansion and continuim of the RICO conspiracy because many of the charges have been shouted and repeated for years. I think all the media that still shout lies that were debunked by Durham report. The media knows now they are repeating the same lies, so they have no excuse of not knowing. Everything the J6 did just a furtherance of the RICO conspiracy so the Statute of Limitations have never ended even today. The willing media is the mechanism of the RICO conspiracy happening now and into the future. In addition these fakes lawsuits are part of the never ending persecution and lies. All the attys and judges need to be included in the scheme

I would love to see the entire Trump Team prosecuting them in an honest court of law. Future proves past or vice versa

Trump Critic Ben Shapiro Is Now Hosting a Fundraiser For Trump: ‘I Will Walk Over Broken Glass to Vote For Him’

Story by Phillip Nieto •

Daily Wire co-founder Ben Shapiro, long a harsh critic of former President Donald Trump, announced he will be hosting a fundraiser for him next week.

Shapiro explained on a Friday podcast that he’s co-hosting the upcoming fundraiser for Trump. He justified his shift towards the former president by claiming Joe Biden is the worst commander-in-chief of his lifetime, adding he would “walk over broken glass” to vote for the Republican nominee.
