Russian regional governor stabbed

 

Andrey Chibis was knifed after a town hall meeting

 

Murmansk Region head Andrey Chibis was attacked on Thursday evening after a town hall with the residents of the town of Apatity, local authorities have announced. Chibis was transported to a local hospital with a stab wound and sent into surgery.

 

The incident happened at the entrance to the cultural center in the mining town, which is located on the Kola Peninsula, 185km from the regional capital.

 

According to the governor’s spokesperson, the attack happened suddenly and the perpetrator did not make any demands or shout any slogans. He was quickly apprehended by a Russian National Guard (Rosgvardiya) officer.

 

The suspect has not yet been officially identified. The Telegram channel Baza has named him as Aleksandr Bidanov, a 43-year-old local resident. The motive for the attack is unknown as of yet.

 

Chibis was stabbed in the abdomen. He was well enough to walk to his car by himself but was rushed to surgery upon arriving at the Apatity-Kirov Central City Hospital, the authorities said.

 

The meeting, which Chibis announced on Tuesday, was attended by over 300 people, including local activists and entrepreneurs.

 

A former deputy construction minister and housing inspector, Chibis became governor of Murmansk Region in September 2019. He is a member of the ruling United Russia party.

The first large breakthrough that I made in 2023, towards cognitive clarity again (pre neuroweapon hit job) dosed in-situ with Royal Raymond Rife Transmitters that resulted in a destruction of a large portion of a cybernet structure that had years to build-out inside of my brain and central nervous system.

 

The bulk destruction of it was “gentle” but enough to delink from constant “cybernetic” communications. It did not however, help with the “ELF psionic” linkages, which require on-body ELF transmitters as well as Scalar (new physics, near-field) transmitters to rapidly regenerate damaged cells during the recovery and healing process. It also did not help in prevent my iphone with M1+ bionic chipset from relinking until I isolated the attack vector (Apple City China M1+ bioinic chipsets all hardware compromised with backdoors to ChinaCCP PLA and dumped the phone).

 

Figure 1: Light bed, more advanced version, I use yellow glasses, NIR/red light for regeneration. The issue with this bed configuration for purging/removing synbio contaminated is that the didoes re too close to the skin and the voltage field feeds the synthetic biology. A new sculpture is being installed Thursday and Friday at the Mission Plaza lawn in San Luis Obispo.

According to the press release, Tidewalker is a corten steel sculpture with a resin cast inside.

Officials said the art piece is a part of the artist's, April Banks', ongoing series Freedom is a Place, which "uses radical imagination to rethink (human's) relationship to water, to land and to each other."

Moscow terrorist attack recruiter apprehended – FSB

 

Three new suspects in the massacre have been arrested in Russia, according to the security services

 

Three individuals suspected of having links with the terrorist attack at a Moscow concert hall last month have been taken into custody, Russia’s Federal Security Service (FSB) reported on Thursday.

 

The arrests were made in Moscow, Ekaterinburg, and Omsk, according to a statement from the agency. Two of the suspects are foreigners while the third is a Russian citizen. All three originate from Central Asia, the FSB added.

 

One of those arrested was allegedly directly involved in recruiting the four gunmen who carried out the assault at the Crocus City Hall just outside Moscow two weeks ago. He also handled the financing of the operation, the FSB claimed. The two other suspects made donations towards the purchase of firearms and the vehicle used by the terrorists, the security services added.

 

The FSB released footage of the three arrests, but did not show the faces of any of the suspects.

The four suspected gunmen were detained hours after the attack at the music venue in Krasnogorsk, which claimed over 140 lives. Russian law enforcement previously reported several other arrests related to the massacre.

 

Russian officials have said the perpetrators were radical Islamists, although the crime may have been organized by Ukrainian special services, who used them as proxies.

 

Kiev and its Western backers have rejected those allegations. Moscow claims to have evidence of a possible link, including money transfers originating from Ukrainian nationalists.

Most people who know about America’s role in helping create (1948) the Zionist colony in the heart of Arab Middle East, probably don’t know America was Israel’s inadvertent godfather thirty years earlier.

After Brandeis and other prominent American Zionists persuaded President Wilson to enter the war, Sir Arthur Balfour, Britain’s Foreign Minister, wrote a letter to Lord Rothschild where he promised Britain would facilitate the establishment of a Jewish homeland in Palestine. Balfour’s letter came to be known as the notorious Balfour Declaration…sort of the “deed” of the land that belonged to Palestinians. The letter was not written by Balfour. Leopold Amery, a British official who was a secret and fervent Zionist, wrote the Balfour Declaration.

 

Thus, unknowingly, America became the lure, the instrument which guaranteed the establishment of a Zionist state. But before 1948 and the establishment of Israel, there was another American action which boosted the establishment of the Zionist entity. The U.S. Immigration Act of 1924 prevented the admission of immigrants from Eastern and Southern Europe. While in the previous forty years two million Jews had been admitted to the United States, now Jews could not enter the country. As a result, many European Jews immigrated to Palestine against the wishes of the native Palestinians who had concluded the new arrived intended to convert Arab Palestine into a Jewish state. During this period, 82,000 European Jews settled in Palestine. Since many of them were professionals and were well-educated, their arrival was critical to the eventual Jewish takeover of Palestine.

 

By the Second World War, due to the Holocaust and Zionist lobbying, America demanded that Britain allow many more Jews into Palestine. After the war, America continued its pro-Zionist policy and helped get the required number of UN votes to allow the partition of Palestine with the Jewish minority getting a larger slice of the land than the majority Palestinians.

 

Footnote: After the First World War, the League of Nations handed Britain the mandate over Palestine. Mandate meant Britain would teach Palestinians how to administer their homeland so that they would eventually be able to run their country. All Western troops in Ukraine will be treated as enemies, Russia’s former leader said

 

Bounties should be offered for the killing of NATO soldiers if they are deployed in Ukraine to fight against Russian troops, former Russian President Dmitry Medvedev has said on Thursday.

 

In a post on social media, Medvedev lashed out at Kiev’s Western backers, arguing that they are “taking the world for fools” if they believe that sending foreign forces to Ukraine would not lead to dangerous escalation. If NATO soldiers do end up in Ukraine, they will not be limited to non-combat roles, he claimed.

 

“They will become part of the regular forces that are fighting against us. That is why they will have to be treated only as the enemy,” Medvedev, who currently serves as deputy chairman of Russia’s Security Council, wrote. “We should take no prisoners! The highest rewards must be given out for every killed NATO soldier.”

 

Russian businessmen and activists have previously set bounties for the destruction of Western-made tanks in Ukraine.

An idea of potential NATO boots on the ground in Ukraine was repeatedly floated by French President Emmanuel Macron, who argued that “all options are possible.” He stressed that Paris has no such plans, however.

 

During a rare phone conversation between defense chiefs on Wednesday, Russian Defense Minister Sergey Shoigu warned his French counterpart, Sebastien Lecornu, that sending French troops to Ukraine would have disastrous consequences for Paris.

 

Moscow has repeatedly warned that NATO troops deployment to Ukraine would put the bloc on the brink of a full-blown conflict with Russia. President Vladimir Putin warned earlier that it would be “one step shy of a full-scale World War III.”

ISIS fighters entering EU nations using Ukrainian passport

 

There is ongoing discussion about thousands of Islamic State (ISIS) fighters entering European Union (EU) nations using Ukrainian passport – sometime even using non-Muslim names. According to counterterrorism researchers – during the Syrian conflict, Ukraine has been used as a transit point for ISIS fighters who sought to move further into the European nations. In Ukraine, these individuals receive treatment to improve their health and met with representatives of local terror cells. Additionally, they managed paper marriage with Ukrainian females which enabled them in ultimately getting citizenship of the country. Once they received Ukrainian passport, they almost immediately left Ukraine for any of the European countries – melted into the society and silently continued jihadist activities by maintaining regular communication with Islamic State (ISIS) network.

 

On July 27, 2015, European Parliament in response to a question about presence of ISIS combatants in areas disputed by Ukraine and Russia was told:

 

On July 7, 2015 the New York Times reported the presence of a Chechen volunteer force made up of Islamic State (ISIS) sympathizers in territories disputed by Russia and Ukraine.

 

It appears that they have openly sided with Ukraine in a bid to weaken Russia and compel it to concentrate its forces on that country, drawing resources away from other fronts on which it is pitted against various Islamic terrorist groups.

 

To date, the Ukrainian authorities have made no attempt to deny the reports and have neither disowned these fundamentalist ISIS combatants nor sought to remove them from territory Ukraine has been claiming is its own.

 

Given the serious danger posed by ISIS and Islamic terrorism in general, as confirmed recently by the tragic attacks in France and Tunisia, does the Vice-President/High Representative not consider it appropriate to rethink her stance regarding the conflict between Ukraine and Russia and engage in closer dialogue with Russia with a view to containing this fundamentalist threat?

 

In 2022, Russian news outlet Sputnik Arabic in a report claimed, dozens of extremist fighters have made their way from Syria’s northern Idlib governorate to Ukraine to fight against Russian troops.

 

According to the report, at least 87 former members of ISIS were allegedly transferred to the Syrian-Turkish border on March 26, 2022 under the direct supervision of the leader of the Hayat Tahrir al-Sham (HTS) armed group, Abu Mohammad al-Julani. The report indicated that most of the fighters are Iraqi, Chechen, Tunisian, and French nationalities.

 

On March 8, 2022, 450 HTS militants arrived in Ukraine to join the fight against the Russian army.

 

According to the family members of the militants, high-ranking HTS leaders have been coordinating with senior leaders of the Turkistan Islamic Party group, Ansar al-Tawhid, and Hurras al-Din groups, to facilitate the passage of the extremists from Idlib to Turkey and then on to Ukraine.

 

In early March 2022, the foreign intelligence service of Russia (SVR RF) issued warnings stating the US and NATO are providing ISIS fighters from Syria with special training at the US army’s Al-Tanf military base in Syria, and then sending them to Ukraine.

The correspondence includes a photograph of Rowan. Upon his arrival on Summerisle, Howie finds that the locals are a seemingly simple minded lot who provide little information beyond the fact that they know of no Rowan Morrison and do not know the girl in the photo. Mrs. Morrison admits to having a daughter, seven year old Myrtle, but no Rowan. As Howie speaks to more and more people, he begins to believe that Rowan does or did live on the island, but that the locals are hiding their knowledge of her. He also begins to see that the locals all have pagan beliefs, their "religion" which centers on procreation as the source of life. That procreation does not necessarily need to be within marriage, and openly flaunts the act of sex, both in private and in public. These beliefs do not sit well against Howie's strict Christian morals, he who regularly attends church, prays, and accepts communion. Everything that happens on the island seems to be dictated by Lord Summerisle, whose ancestors bought the island generations ago. Howie begins to believe that Rowan was murdered, she a sacrifice by the islanders to their higher power to ensure a bountiful apple crop - the main crop of the island - which did not materialize last season. With May Day approaching, Howie not only tries to find out if Rowan was indeed murdered/sacrificed, which includes trying to locate her body, but if there will be another sacrifice on this important day within the cycle of life.—Huggo

Federal Judge Rules Millions Of NRA Members Exempt From ATF Pistol Brace Rule

 

A federal judge has blocked the ATF from enforcing its pistol brace rule for millions of members of the National Rifle Association (NRA) as the appeals process plays out.

 

It came after the NRA filed a lawsuit against the ATF, or the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, arguing that the agency’s rule to reclassify the brace-equipped pistols as short-barreled rifles is unconstitutional.

 

U.S. District Judge Sam Lindsay sided with the gun rights group, arguing that the Fifth U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals already concluded that the ATF pistol-brace rule “fails the logical outgrowth test and violates” the Administrative Procedure Act (APA) and is “unlawful” under the act.

 

“The court, therefore, sees no reason why it should not consider this argument and APA claim in ruling on Plaintiff’s Motion,” the judge added. “To not do so would be exalt form over substance, particularly since the Fifth Circuit has already determined that this claim has a substantial likelihood of succeeding on the merits.”

 

The judge agreed with the NRA’s arguments that its members would be substantially harmed by the ATF rule, which was finalized in January 2023.

 

“Compliance with the Final Rule is not discretionary, and the NRA’s members face severe penalties for their failure to comply with the Final Rule,” Judge Lindsay wrote in the ruling last week. “Accordingly, both of the final requirements for injunctive relief are satisfied because the threatened injury to the NRA’s members outweighs the threatened harm to the Defendants, and enforcement of the Final Rule under the circumstances will not disserve the public interest.”

 

Pistol braces were first marketed in 2012 as a way of attaching a pistol to the shooter’s forearm, stabilizing it and making it easier to use for disabled people. However, many users found that the braces could also be placed against the shoulder, like the stock on a rifle.

 

The disputed ATF rule classifies some guns equipped with pistol braces as short-barrel rifles, based on several factors including their size and weight and the manufacturers’ marketing materials. Short-barrel rifles are subject to special registration, longer waiting periods for purchase, and higher taxes because officials have claimed they are potentially more dangerous than handguns.

 

“While firearms equipped with ‘stabilizing braces’ or other rearward attachments may be submitted to ATF for a new classification determination, a majority of the existing firearms equipped with a ‘stabilizing brace’ are likely to be classified as ‘rifles’ because they are configured for shoulder fire based on the factors described in this rule,” the ATF rule says.
