This info is coming from a anonymous retired medical assistant of Cathy's former OB/GYN. Who is said to be ready to talk to either authorities or media.

Fani Willis Accused Of Illegally Recording Phone Call

Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis is facing allegations that she illegally recorded a phone call between her and a defense lawyer for one of the defendants in Willis’ RICO case against former President Donald Trump and a number of his allies.

 

In an interview with legal analyst Phil Holloway, attorney Christopher Kachouroff, who is representing Trump co-defendant Harrison Floyd, alleges that Willis recorded a phone call between her and one of Kachouroff’s Maryland-based colleagues. The recording was conducted without their knowledge.

 

Floyd, who founded an organization called Black Voices for Trump, is one of 16 remaining co-defendants in the case.

 

“She did reach out to us, one of my colleagues in Maryland, and was rude, abrupt with him on the phone, and he was dealing with the Maryland case and I was dealing with the Georgia case, and she ended up recording him,” Kachouroff said.

 

This would be a violation of Maryland’s Wiretap Act, under which recording a private conversation without consent from both parties is a crime punishable by up to five years in prison and fines up to $10,000. The law is different in Georgia, which is a one-party consent state.

 

Floyd — who was the only Trump co-defendant to be jailed in Fulton County after his indictment — is seeking to have his trial moved to nearby Coffee County. Attorneys for Floyd have argued that he cannot receive a fair trial in Fulton County given Willis’ conduct.

 

Floyd took to X on Thursday evening to demand that Willis recuse herself from the case by Friday. “I may have no other choice than to pursue all lawful remedies,” he wrote.

 

Willis has faced a litany of misconduct allegations throughout the duration of the case. During the recent disqualification hearing brought forward by former Georgia Republican Party chairman David Shafer, it became public knowledge that Willis was having an extramarital affair with Nathan Wade, who was paid $300,000 for his work on the Trump case as a special prosecutor.

 

While both Wade and Willis testified that their relationship began after he was hired to work on the case, a former office employee testified that the relationship began as far back as 2021.

 

While Fulton County Superior Court Judge Scott McAffee opted not to disqualify Willis outright, he has reopened the case for evidence at a later date.

Henderson ISD (A neighboring school district with Laneville ISD, another school I am investigating) is threatening to FABRICATE a POSITIVE DRUG TEST of a student in Henderson High school unless the parents agree to allow the school to randomly drug test their son.

 

Assistant Principal John Spoon presented the minor with a falsified document claiming ‘his dad gave consent to the drug test’ and had a “typed” name on the paper as a “signature”.

 

When the minor called his father, the father asked assistant principal Spoon if he thought his son appeared to be under the influence of drugs, Spoon replied, “No”.

 

The father also asked if he had any reason to drug test his son? Spoon replied that “he did not”. Spoon even said he had full confidence the minor would pass the drug test and had zero reason to suspect otherwise, yet still insisted he take a drug test.

 

This incident is in direct conflict with Texas Family Code §151.003 and contrary to the Supreme Court opinion in Vernonia School District v Acton, wherein the Court upheld random urinalysis drug testing as a condition of participating in athletics, however, the Court did not endorse a general drug-testing program for all students. The minor is not involved in ANY extra-curricular activities.

 

Why is Henderson ISD insisting on drug testing students without parental permission? Could it be that they have had too many positive tests, and this is a way of “balancing the system” in order to not raise alarms regarding the function of the school?

 

The AP is now threatening the father, stating that they will fabricate a positive test, which will then allow him to test his son any time he wants for the next 30 days. He will then fabricate another positive test, and is threatening to suspend him for 30 days (it is illegal to suspend a student for longer than 3 days in Texas). This could ultimately destroy this child’s future.

 

Spoon several hours later changed his entire story when he called the minor child back to the office stating “the dad misunderdstood” despite the dad specifically asking 3 times what would happen if they refused the drug test.

 

Why is Henderson ISD willing to sacrifice a child’s future in order to save face?

Joe Biden appeared to bark orders at someone controlling the teleprompter in his latest flubbed speech during which he made false claims about spending time with Xi Jinping.

A "confused" Joe Biden appeared to stumble over his words and even shouted at whoever was controlling his teleprompter in his latest gaffe-ridden speech.

The 81-year-old President's regular gaffes have led to intense criticism from his opponents focused on his mental acuity.

His latest fumbles came during a speech at the White House to mark Greek Independence Day. During the remarks, Biden looked dead ahead and commented sternly "Please move all that back by the way" while in the middle of a sentence.

Writing about the incident on X, the Republican National Committee said: "A confused Biden orders the teleprompter operator to 'move all that back'."

The President then spoke about his time in the Obama Administration bizarrely branding himself "O'Biden" in the process.

Biden then struggled to speak about his time as Vice President, calling the Obama-Biden Administration the O'Biden Administration drawing laughs from the crowd.

RNC Research also weighed in on the gaffe, writing: "BIDEN (confused — again): '…in the Biden-Obama, the O'Biden…'"

He also re-told a false anecdote about how Chinese President Xi Jinping asked him to define America. Biden said: "I was once asked by Xi Jinping, and I traveled 17,000 miles with him — I was out at the Tibetan plateau. He looked at me and he said, "can you define America?" I could say the same thing if he asked me to define Greece.

"I said, "yes, one word" and I mean this sincerely, it's recorded, I said, 'possibilities'."

However, the oft-repeated anecdote has been proven false. It even earned him a "bottomless Pinocchio" rating from the Washington Post which reserves the distinction for "false or misleading statements repeated so often that they became a form of propaganda."

The news comes as longstanding concerns about President Joe Biden’s age and memory intensified in February after the release of a special counsel’s report investigating his possession of classified documents.

Cal-Maine Foods, Inc., recognized as the country’s largest producer of fresh eggs, announced on Tuesday that it has temporarily suspended operations at one of its major facilities located in Parmer County, Texas. This drastic measure comes in the wake of a detected outbreak of highly pathogenic avian influenza (HPAI). The outbreak has led to the culling of approximately 1.6 million laying hens and 337,000 pullets. This action represents about 3.6% of Cal-Maine Foods’ total flock as of early March 2024, marking a significant loss for the company and the egg industry as a whole.

Recently, President Trump wrote on TruthSocial that the Biden White House is coordinating his New York and Georgia cases. Loomer exclusively reported that Judge Merchan’s daughter, Loren Merchan, is the partner and part-owner of Authentic Campaigns, a firm whose “featured client” is the Biden-Harris Campaign. Loomer Unleashed’s Charles Downs obtained exclusive footage of Fulton County DA Fani Willis attending a D.C. fundraiser held in the same building as the WAPO. Video from that event shows DA Willis leaving with former Senior Biden White House Advisor Keisha Lance Bottoms, who previously worked with Willis at Kendall Law Firm. Willis has also held meetings with Kamala Harris’s staff. Downs has repeatedly asked J6 Committee Member Jamie Raskin about the J6 Committee’s deletion of files and communications with DA Willis. Raskin has responded snarkily to our questions, once saying Loomer Unleashed needs to be “deprogrammed.” Loomer Unleashed reporting proves President Trump is right. The Biden White House and top Democrats are pulling the strings in Trump’s New York and Georgia Cases.

 

Loomer reported that screenshots show Loren Merchan’s X account resharing a photo of her speaking at an Authentic Campaigns event, an organization she is part-owner of. A zoomed-in photo shows Merchan’s @LorenM426 handle flashing behind her on the podium. An X post from Authentic Campaigns on January 9th, 2020, stated that Authentic Campaigns was “excited to announce that Loren Merchan is being named partner and part-owner of Authentic Campaigns.” Loren Merchan’s X account, @LorenM426, shared this announcement.

 

Authentic Campaigns’ website lists the Biden-Harris campaign as its “Featured Client.” Other clients of Authentic Campaigns include Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries, Rep. Ilhan Omar, Governor Gavin Newsom, Adam Schiff and the Wisconsin Democratic Party. This raises a significant question: how is President Trump supposed to receive a fair trial when the judge presiding over his case has a daughter whose client is Trump’s main political rival? Judge Merchan’s daughter’s work with the Biden-Harris campaign also proves the Biden White House is pulling all the strings in Trump’s New York case.

 

An exclusive video of Fani Willis’s D.C. fundraiser shows the Washington Post’s 1301 address, followed by a big picture of Fani Willis in front of a check-in table for the fundraiser. When Willis left the event, Loomer Unleashed asked her, “DA Willis, why did you come to D.C. for a fundraiser? You are the Fulton County DA, not the D.C. DA. Are you coordinating with the Biden DOJ to arrest Trump? You clearly don’t want to answer the questions because you put the garage door down.”

 

Video from the event also appears to show Willis leaving with former Senior Biden White House Personnel Director and Mayor of Atlanta Keisha Lance Bottoms. In a recent interview with Jen Psaki, Keisha Lance Bottoms said, “I describe Fani as fearless. Even when we were young attorneys working at a community-based law firm, the Kendall Law Firm, even when we should have had fear, Fani was always a fearless attorney.”

 

The January 6 Initial Findings Report revealed that on December 17, 2021, DA Willis requested that the J6 Committee send “recordings and transcripts of witness interviews and depositions, electronic and print records of communications, and records of travel.”

 

The J6 Committee gladly fulfilled Willis with her requests, even meeting with her office multiple times. However, the J6 Committee deleted all their communications with Willis. On December 5, the House Judiciary Committee wrote a letter to Fani Willis asking for “documents relating to the investigative coordination between your office and the partisan January 6 Select Committee.” Willis has yet to provide the required information.

The independent candidate looms as a serious drag on Biden’s Latino support in Arizona and Nevada.

Saturday marked third-party candidateRobert F. Kennedy Jr.’s relaunch of “Viva Kennedy,” his Hispanic outreachprogram.

To date, Kennedy is officially on the November ballot in just one state: Utah. But his campaign and an allied super PAC, American Values 2024, announced in the last month they have collected more than enough signatures to make the ballot in the critical Southwestern battlegrounds of Arizona and Nevada, where roughly one in five voters are Latino.

Those signatures are still subject to challenge, but if Kennedy does appear on the ballot, it could create dire complications for the Biden campaign. Latino Democrats are now taking the threat of Kennedy’s campaign deadly seriously after national and state leaders were briefed on a previously unreported poll in mid-February by Democratic group Equis Research, which showed Kennedy performing surprisingly well among Latino voters in a dozen battleground states,effectively splintering Biden’s Hispanic coalition from 2020, when he garnered 59 percent Hispanic support.

Kennedy’s popularity appears to be a function of name recognition and a general lack of enthusiasm for President Joe Biden and former President Donald Trump, not to mention voters brushing their views onto the somewhat empty canvas of his candidacy. The poll of 2,010 registered Latino voters found Kennedy winning one in five young Latino voters, and also reported him capturing a sizable 17 percent Latino support in Arizona and an even more robust 21 percent in Nevada— the highest number among the battleground states polled. The drag on Biden’s Latino support was so great in the survey that Trump was winning among Hispanics overall in 12 battleground states, 41 percent to Biden’s 34 percent.

If those numbers held in November, it would represent aseismic breakin the Democratic coalition and a remaking of the electoral map, leading Democrats to likely lose Nevada and Arizona. In the wake of Trump’s 2020 gains with Hispanics from South Florida to the Rio Grande Valley in south Texas, and even in parts of New Jersey and California, Democrats could still rest easy because the entire Southwest held.But if Nevada and Arizona fall to Trumpas a result of erosion in the Latino vote, it would mean Biden is likely suffering similar losses across the country, presaging an election loss.

“Kennedy is a golden name in Democratic politics and any support he derives comes almost totally at the expense of Biden,” Fernand Amandi, Obama’s Hispanic pollster said.

It’s hard to overstatejust how small Biden’s margin for error is in either Arizona or Nevada. In 2020, when Biden became the first Democrat to turn Arizona blue since Bill Clinton in 1996, he won the state by less than 11,000 votes.

Nationally, those close to the Biden campaign wave away Kennedy’s possible impact and say they don’t believe the 70-year-old former environmental lawyer and son of former New York Democratic Sen. RobertKennedy will get more than 1 percent of the vote. Yet even if he doesn’t, that’s still enough to alter the outcome — using the 2020 vote totals, 1 percent would still triple Biden’s winning margin four years ago.

“It’s a big threatto them if Kennedy gets on the ballot in these two states. He would be pulling more from Biden,” said Mike Noble, the founder of Arizona-based polling firm. “That road to 270 [Electoral College votes] runs through the Southwest, and for them to dismiss him is silly.”

A disproportionately younger Latino electoratemade its presence felt in 2020, and the Brookings Institution later identified Nevada and Arizona — where young Latinos make up 40 percent of all newly eligible voters — as swing states “where Latino youth participation in the 2020 election was decisive.”

But while Latinos were largely responsible for Biden sweeping the Southwest four years ago, the 2024 election has been marked by an encroaching sense of fear among Democrats due toBiden’s lack of popularityand enduring soft support among Hispanics thus far.

Oil Above $90

Crude’s rally is roiling global markets. Brent climbed toward $91 a barrel, trading near their highest since October, as mounting geopolitical tensions around the Middle East spur risk aversion. Israel has increased preparations for potential retaliation by Tehran after Monday’s strike on an Iranian diplomatic compound in Syria. Meanwhile, President Joe Biden told Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu that US support for his war in Gaza depends on new steps to protect civilians.

 

Jobs Day

The advance in US Treasuries, despite a hawkish tone from Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis President Neel Kashkari, may face a key test later in the day with the much-awaited payrolls data due stateside. Kashkari said rate cuts may not be needed this year if progress on inflation stalls. After more than half a dozen Fed policymakers spoke Thursday, more officials are talking Friday. Investors will be keen to stay tuned for clues on the central bank’s next move.

 

Ueda Hint

The yen builds on Thursday’s gains from rising geopolitical risks. Bank of Japan Governor Kazuo Ueda signaled a chance of an interest rate increase in the second half of 2024 by highlighting in an interview with local media the possibility inflation momentum will strengthen. After the publication, the Japanese currency hit a two-week high Friday, touching 150.81 per dollar in Tokyo, as Ueda’s comments pointed to the chance US-Japan rate differentials will narrow.

 

Billionaire Spared Jail

A visibly shaking Joe Lewis, the 87-year-old UK billionaire who pleaded guilty to insider trading, was spared jail time by a federal judge in New York. US District Judge Jessica Clarke at a hearing Thursday sentenced Lewis to three-years’ probation and a $5 million fine. An attorney for Lewis said that any incarceration would be “catastrophic.”

 

Samsung Boost

Samsung Electronics is seeing a turnaround in the chip sector. The world’s largest memory chipmaker’s profit rebounded sharply in the first quarter of 2024. The results underscore how demand for memory chips that power modern electronics is starting to rebound after a severe downturn in the industry. In a similar vein, the world is “grossly” underestimating how much the demand for artificial intelligence is going to expand the global market for data centers over the next five years, said the co-founder of the cloud-computing unicorn CoreWeave.

 

Coming Up…

European equity futures are lower amid risk aversion across markets in Asian trading. Before Friday’s highlight of US jobs data later, traders await euro-zone retail sales along with Germany’s factory orders after the European Central Bank’s March meeting account showed Thursday the case for a rate cut strengthening.
