US, Netherlands, and Denmark Announce F-16 Transfer to Ukraine Now ‘Underway’

 

The US and several allies also announced they were providing Ukraine with dozens of new air defense systems

 

The leaders of the US, the Netherlands, and Denmark released a joint statement Wednesday during the ongoing NATO summit in Washington, stating that the transfer of US-made F-16 fighter jets to Ukraine is underway.

 

“The Danish and Dutch governments are in the process of donating American-made F-16s to Ukraine, with the support of the United States,” the statement reads. “The transfer process for these F-16s is now underway, and Ukraine will be flying operational F-16s this summer.”

 

The three leaders said Belgium and Norway have also pledged to send jets. According to previous reports, the four European nations have pledged to provide Ukraine with about 60 F-16s, but the training process has been slow, and only a few pilots are expected to be ready this summer.

 

Ahead of the long-awaited F-16 transfer, Russia has stepped up attacks on Ukrainian airfields, destroying several Soviet-made aircraft. Ukrainian officials have said that to protect their F-16s, they might store some abroad, which could make the NATO bases housing them potential targets for the Russian military.

 

The F-16 transfer marks a significant escalation of NATO involvement in the proxy war since it will be the first time Ukraine receives Western-made fighter jets. Russia has made clear it views the move as a major provocation and has noted the F-16s are capable of carrying nuclear weapons.

 

On Tuesday, the first day of the NATO summit, the leaders of the US, the Netherlands, Germany, Romania, and Ukraine released a joint statement on a plan for the alliance to provide dozens of new air defenses.

 

“Today, we are announcing that, collectively, we are providing Ukraine with additional strategic air defense systems, including additional Patriot batteries donated by the United States, Germany, and Romania; Patriot components donated by the Netherlands and other partners to enable the operation of an additional Patriot battery; and an additional SAMP-T system donated by Italy,” the statement reads.

 

The leaders added that in the coming months, “The United States and partners intend to provide Ukraine with dozens of tactical air defense systems, including NASAMS, HAWKs, IRIS T-SLM, IRIS T-SLS, and Gepard systems.”

 

In a speech on Tuesday night, President Biden declared strong support for NATO and the continuation of the proxy war in Ukraine.

REVEALED: AMERICA’S SECRET SPECIAL FORCES FLIGHTS TO ISRAEL FROM UK BASE ON CYPRUS

 

The US military has been flying covert planes to Israel from RAF Akrotiri since the bombing of Gaza began, Declassified has discovered.

 

Unmarked planes are being used by US forces to fly from Cyprus to Israel, including as recently as June 26

The aircraft are believed to be used by highly secretive 427th Special Operations Squadron and the CIA

Declassified also finds 26 huge US military transport planes have landed at UK base on Cyprus, believed to be carrying weapons for Israel

Revelations could further implicate British ministers in war crimes

The US Air Force has been sending unmarked planes from Britain’s base on Cyprus to Israel since it began bombing Gaza, it can be revealed.

 

The planes are all C-295 and CN-235 aircraft, which are believed to be used by American special forces.

 

Declassified has found 18 of these aircraft which have gone from the sprawling British air base on Cyprus, RAF Akrotiri, to Israel’s coastal city Tel Aviv since October 7.

 

Akrotiri is the key node in the international effort to arm and provide logistical support for Israel’s assault on Gaza.

 

But the UK government has always refused to divulge any information about US activities at Akrotiri, which is known to include transporting weapons to Israel.

 

Asked in May how many US Air Force (USAF) flights had taken off from the base since October 7, defence minister Leo Docherty said: “The Ministry of Defence does not comment on the operations of our Allies.”

 

But Declassified discovered the unmarked planes that flew from Akrotiri to Israel from November to June have a serial number showing they are operated by the USAF. Most of these journeys had the flight number GONZO62.

 

Six more unmarked C-130 planes have gone from Akrotiri to Tel Aviv since the bombing of Gaza began, which are believed to be USAF, but it was not possible for Declassified to locate their operator.

 

The C-130 can carry 128 combat troops and almost 20 tonnes of cargo.

 

The new information could further implicate British ministers in war crimes in Gaza. In November 2023, a US military official revealed that American special forces were stationed in Israel and “actively helping the Israelis”.

 

A spokesperson for the UK Ministry of Defence would only tell Declassified: “In response to the situation in Israel and Gaza, we are working with international partners to de-escalate the conflict, reinforce stability and support humanitarian efforts in the region. Any use of UK bases will be in line with these objectives.”

IDF Gen. Hiram cleared of charge of blowing up hostages along with Hamas on Oct. 7

 

The IDF concluded that the hostage situation occurring was unprecedented and that, under the unique circumstances, none of the officials involved, including Hiram, had made errors.

 

The IDF probe of the battle of Be’eri on October 7 has cleared Brig.-Gen. Barak Hiram, commander of the 99th Division, of allegations that he ordered the killing of hostages who were mixed in with Hamas terrorists.

 

Despite being cleared, due to reasons which the IDF did not explain, Hiram’s future IDF career options are still frozen at this time, with no set date for when that issue will be resolved.

 

For nine months, the narrative against Hiram has been that in the Pesi Cohen household in Be’eri, a group of Hamas terrorists were both holding hostages as well as presenting a significant danger to IDF forces who were trying to liberate the kibbutz from Hamas’s control.

Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer signs controversial election recount, fraud bills into law

 

Michigan’s process of handling election recounts and fraud allegations has changed, with Gov. Gretchen Whitmer signing two controversial bills into law Monday.

 

Senate bills 603 and 604 modify the requirements for conducting ballot recounts and prosecuting election-related crimes.

 

“Today, with the signing of our common-sense recount law reforms, we are strengthening our democracy and ensuring that we reach the most accurate count of the ballots possible during a recount process,” said sponsor state Sen. Stephanie Chang, D-Detroit.

 

“These laws achieve critical goals of protecting the security of every vote, modernizing our recount process, and uplifting the voices of Michigan voters.”

 

Among other changes, the law will eliminate the board of canvasser’s investigative powers, instead requiring the board to refer any allegations of fraud to the relevant county prosecutor, rather than conducting a recount.

 

Only alleged errors could merit a recount, and only when the alleged errors could potentially change election results.

 

It will also increase the deposit for filing a recount petition, modify various guidelines for clerks, and change sentencing guidelines for election law violations.

 

“For years, clerks and candidates have demanded reforms and updates to Michigan’s 70-year-old recount law so every valid ballot can be subject to a recount in close races,” said state Senator Jeremy Moss, D-Southfield, who co-sponsored the bill with Chang.

 

“This legislation will strengthen the integrity of our voting systems and ensure the accuracy of election results.”

 

Opponents say eliminating the canvassers’ investigatory powers and scrapping protections against election worker interference will make fraud more difficult to address and compromise election security.

 

“Watering down protections is counterproductive when several red flags have arisen within the state’s elections process,” said Rep. Jaime Greene, R-Richmond.

 

“For example, there being no system to tell if someone votes in multiple states, a real issue facing the state of Michigan as evidenced by the secretary of state removing some 170,000 people no longer living here from our voter rolls only after she was sued.”

 

The new laws are effective immediately and will apply to the August primary races.

Tropical Storm Beryl topples trees, floods highways and leaves more than 2M without power in Texas

 

HOUSTON (AP) — Tropical Storm Beryl sped across the Texas coast on Monday, leaving more than 2 million people and businesses without power in the Houston area and unleashing heavy rains that prompted dozens of high-water rescues. The fast-moving tempest threatened to carve a harsh path over several more states in coming days.

 

Within hours after Beryl swept ashore as a Category 1 hurricane, it had weakened into a tropical storm, far less powerful than the Category 5 behemoth that tore a deadly path of destruction through parts of Mexico and the Caribbean last weekend.

 

But the winds and rains of the fast-moving storm were still powerful enough to knock down hundreds of trees that had already been teetering in water-saturated earth and to strand dozens of cars on flooded roadways.

 

At least two people were killed when trees fell on homes, and the National Hurricane Center said damaging winds and flash flooding would continue as Beryl pushes inland. There were no immediate reports of widespread structural damage, however.

They also falsely attribute the bombing of abortion clinics to National Right to Life.

 

Keep in mind they’re not labeling them as extremist organizations (which would still be crazy), but as terrorist organizations.

“Jupiterian” French President Emmanuel Macron has written to the French people, reflecting on the failure of the recent snap election to produce a new government, but conveniently forgetting to mention his role in that outcome.

 

There will be no new Prime Minister or government appointed for some time, President Macron said in a nationally published letter to the people in which he talked up his role as “protector of the higher interests of the Nation”.

 

Macron congratulated the French people on having rejected the “extreme right” at the ballot box, despite the actual opposite of that having happened. The “extreme right” to which Macron refers — Le Pen’s National Rally (RN), which actually has pretty left-wing economic views, but is in favour of border control — came first place in both rounds of the election in votes cast, rather making a mockery of the President’s claim.

 

In a result which has inevitably seen questions raised about the suitability of the 1958-vintage French election system for modern voting preferences, RN came first in votes but came third in seats. Macron’s group, meanwhile, came third in votes but second in seats.

The following study on the effect of allosteric modulators on P2X4 – like ivermectin – highlighted its potential effectiveness in neuroprotection.

 

“Collectively it appears that there is good evidence that positive allosteric modulation of P2X2, P2X4, and P2X7 receptors may be of therapeutic benefit in a number of different conditions summarised in Figure 2. A new bill introduced by Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) honoring the life of 12-year-old Jocelyn Nungaray — who was allegedly murdered by two illegal migrants — aims to make it harder for asylum seekers to be released into the country after they are processed at the southern border.

The legislation, introduced Thursday and nicknamed the “Justice for Jocelyn Act,” would require Homeland Security officials to exhaust “all reasonable efforts to hold aliens in detention” by determining if “all detention beds available to the Secretary have been filled” before migrants who crossed into the US illegally are released.

If officials can’t find space in a detention facility, a migrant must then be required to wear an ankle monitor until they complete their immigration court proceedings.

Illegal border crossers would also be subject to a curfew from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m., the bill, which was also introduced by Rep. Troy Nehls (R-TX), proposes.

If migrants violate any terms of their release, federal authorities would be empowered to deport them.

Jocelyn was allegedly tortured and killed by two illegal Venezuelan migrants who were released into the US with future court dates.

Franklin Jose Pena Ramos, 26, and Johan Jose Rangel Martinez, 21, have been charged with capital murder after they allegedly lured Jocelyn to a bridge, assaulted her for two hours then strangled her to death and dumped her body into a Houston bayou.

Jocelyn, who was found naked from the waist down on June 17, was also sexually assaulted during the heinous attack.

Jocelyn’s mother, Alexis Nungaray, said in a statement that the bill “would have prevented Jocelyn’s death,” adding that “It would have prevented her two murderers from being on the street and it would have meant that Jocelyn would be here with us today.”

Pena Ramos, who crossed the border in May, was wearing an Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) GPS ankle monitor at the time of the attack, Homeland Security sources previously told The Post.

He then cut it while on the run from authorities after the killing.

Rangel Martinez, who crossed the border on March 14, was disenrolled from the tracking program just two months after entering the country because he had no known criminal past and had complied with required check-ins, sources said.

China's 'Shock' Statement: Palestinians Have Right To Use 'Armed Force' Against Israel

China has backed the right of the Palestinian people to use armed force to combat Israel's occupation of their land, calling it an "an inalienable right well founded in international law".

The comments on Thursday were made by the Chinese ambassador to the UN, Zhang Jun, during the fourth day of public hearings held by the International Court of Justice (ICJ) in The Hague, Netherlands.

Representatives of 52 countries are addressing the ICJ on Israel's decades-long occupation of Palestinian land.

Beijing’s envoy said there were "various people (who) freed themselves from colonial rule" and they could use "all available means, including armed struggle".

He described the Palestinian use of armed resistance as legitimate and not an act of terrorism.

 

"The struggle waged by peoples for their liberation, right to self-determination, including armed struggle against colonialism, occupation, aggression, domination against foreign forces should not be considered terror acts," Zhang Jun told the court.

 

In his speech, Jun criticized Israeli policies, characterizing them as “oppression that has severely undermined and impeded the exercises and full realization of the Palestinian people’s right to self-determination".

The ICJ’s public hearings, which will be held until February 26, come after a UN General Assembly resolution requesting an ICJ advisory opinion.

The number of states participating in the oral proceedings is the highest of any case since the ICJ's establishment in 1945 and is separate to the more publicized genocide case brought by South Africa. A panel of 15 judges are expected to take about six months to deliberate before issuing an advisory opinion.

Besides China, other countries scheduled to participate in the hearings include Hungary, France, South Africa and Egypt.

International bodies, including the Arab League, the Organization of Islamic Cooperation and the African Union will also take part. Israel will not participate but has sent written observations to the court.

I believe it is a major psyop and from what I can tell, it or they or whatever or whoever is “running this op” has done a major disservice.

A transgender double-murderer has been moved back to a male prison after being caught having sex with a female inmate at a Washington state women's prison.

 

Bryan Kim, 35, who now goes by 'Amber FayeFox Kim', was caught having intercourse with 25-year-old Sincer-A Marie Nerton at the Washington Corrections Center for Women (WCCW) on March 14.

 

Months later, Kim, who identifies as female, has been moved back to the Monroe Correctional Facility for men. 'The reason for Kim's transfer was due to ongoing safety concerns,' a Department of Corrections official told the National Review.

 

Kim was convicted in 2008 of two counts of aggravated first-degree murder for fatally stabbing his father, Richard Kim, and bludgeoning and strangling his mother, Terri Kim, as reported by the Spokesman-Review.

 

In March, a corrections officer found Kim 'laying on the floor completely nude from the waist down with their cellmate Nerton on top of them also nude from the waist down actively having sex,' according to a report obtained by National Review.
