Bereaved father of hostage to Netanyahu: ‘My son was murdered in a tunnel you built’

 

In recording from condolence visit, Rabbi Elhanan Danino, father of slain captive Ori Danino, implores PM to stop stirring division and prioritizing his own political survival

 

Danino accused Netanyahu of “sitting quietly for 15 years and not doing anything,” since Hamas seized control of the Gaza Strip, which the prime minister quietly denied.

 

“You equipped them with swords!” he said, which Netanyahu also denied.

 

“You equipped them with tunnels and dollars — you didn’t do anything!” Danino added. The prime minister replied: “Elhanan, I could respond to you, but it’s better that I don’t.”

 

Sara Netanyahu, who accompanied her husband on the visit, attempted to defend him, saying that he was “very alone” in security consultations, to which the prime minister added, “Alone, against the whole world, against the president of the United States.” To that, Sara added, “and against the IDF officials here,” apparently claiming that the prime minister had clashed with security chiefs in Israel over the conduct of the war.

 

“Forgive me, forgive me, but you’ve been in power for many years,” Danino said. “The concrete and the dollars went into [Gaza] on your watch,” he added, a reference to suitcases of cash that Israel allowed for years to enter Gaza from Qatar, and to the construction materials that were used to build hundreds of kilometers of tunnels, which were allowed to enter the Strip.

 

The bereaved father said the prime minister “is responsible for the lives of all of them.”

 

He said that, while he thanked God for the “miracle” that he was able to bury his son, it was also incomprehensible that such a thing could be considered a miracle. “What situation have you brought us to? A miracle? That I can bury my son whole is a miracle? How did we get here?! What happened to you? Wake up!”

Zelensky’s ultimatums ‘a pain in the neck’ – Lavrov

The West’s insistence on sticking to the Ukrainian leader’s “peace plan” indicates it doesn’t want to negotiate honestly, the Russian foreign minister said

 

Ukrainian leader Vladimir Zelensky’s peace initiatives have become an annoyance for everyone and are a “pure ultimatum,” Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said on Monday following a meeting on strategic cooperation with the Arab states of the Persian Gulf.

Speaking at a press briefing in Riyadh, Lavrov stressed that the West’s insistence on sticking to Zelensky’s so-called ‘peace formula’ suggests that it does not intend to negotiate with Moscow on equal terms.

 

“[Zelensky’s] initiative has long been known, it has become a pain in the neck for everyone, it is a pure ultimatum,” Lavrov said. “The fact that the West is clinging to this ultimatum means only one thing: the West does not want to negotiate honestly,” the foreign minister added.

 

He also suggested thatUkraine’s backers want to do everything in their power so that Russia “gets closer to a situation where it will be possible to declare that we have been dealt a strategic defeat on the battlefield.”

 

Lavrov went on to note that Russia has never even seriously considered Zelensky’s initiative and hasonly expressed “surprise that someone is still falling for it.”

 

The minister also noted that many of the discussions of a peaceful resolution of the Ukraine conflict have also been omitting a crucial factor that was one of the underlying reasons for Russia launching its offensive against Kiev in 2022.

 

“[German Chancellor Olaf] Scholz has said that it is time to start negotiating,” Lavrov said, noting that German media outlets have hinted that such talks would proceed from the fact that “the territorial issue will have to be resolved taking into account the realities on the ground.”

 

However, theRussian diplomat insisted that “it is not about territories” and that Moscow “never wanted someone else’s land” and instead wanted “people who are an integral part of the Russian world, Russian culture, Russian language, history, religion, to be treated humanely, as required by international law.”

 

Lavrov stressed that while figuring out the time and place for negotiations on Ukraine would be relatively easy, it was much more important to agree on what would be discussed at such talks.

 

“If we discuss calls for a ceasefire and think about territorial exchanges, this is not serious,”the diplomat said. “The problem is not in the territories, the problem is in the rights of people who have been trampled by law and whom none of the initiatives floating in the political space specifically mention.”

Key figure in Kiev’s military drone program killed in freak car crash

Yaroslav Oleynik was responsible for boosting Ukraine’s UAV manufacturing for attacks against Russia

 

An adviser to Ukraine’s former Strategic Industries Minister Aleksandr Kamyshin waskilled in a car crash during the weekend, just days after the official’s exit from cabinet after a major government reshuffle. Yaroslav Oleynik was helping Kiev ramp up the manufacture of drones to attack Russia.

 

The news of the death of the 28-year-old official was announced on Sunday by Kamyshin’s former deputy Anna Gvozdyar and corroborated by the ex-minister himself.Oleynik’s wife Nina reportedly died in the same accident.

 

News outlet Strana claimed that it learned details of the incident from a source in Ukrainian law enforcement. According to the source,Oleynik’s Mitsubishi Pajero was rammed head-on by a Mitsubishi L-200 driven by another military service member.

 

The other driver had reportedly run over a wild boar and skidded into the opposite lane. While the Oleyniks were said to have died at the scene, a third person survived the collision and is being treated in hospital. The incident occurred just before midnight on Saturday in Zhitomir Region, the source said.

 

In interviews, Oleynik has described his role in the government as being in charge of the ministry’s entire drone development effort. He previously served as a drone operator in the Ukrainian military and was an active supporter of the war effort.

 

Just last week, Kamyshin claimed that Ukraine had achieved major success in ramping up domestic arms manufacturing and lamented that the lack of money prevented it from doing more. It was “embarrassing” for him not to make more weapons, he told CNN. He also accompanied Ukrainian leader Vladimir Zelensky to Germany to take part in a meeting with Western officials on weapons donations.

 

After leaving the Ukrainian cabinet, Kamyshin joined Zelensky’s office as an adviser on strategic affairs.His immediate plans involved lobbying the International Chess Federation to ostracize Russia.

 

Ukraine’s drone force suffered a serious blow last Tuesday when a Russian missile strike hit a military training center in the city of Poltava. The attack killed recruits and instructors specializing in several key areas, including unmanned warfare, and led to the suspension of Roman Gladky as commander of Ukrainian drone operations.

As the summer comes to an end, I cannot tell you what a relief it is to have finally completed my chemotherapy treatment.

The last nine months have been incredibly tough for us as a family. Life as you know it can change in an instant and we have had to find a way to navigate the stormy waters and road unknown.

The cancer journey is complex, scary and unpredictable for everyone, especially those closest to you.

With humility, it also brings you face to face with your own vulnerabilities in a way you have never considered before, and with that, a new perspective on everything.

This time has above all reminded William and me to reflect and be grateful for the simple yet important things in life, which so many of us often take for granted. Of simply loving and being loved.

Doing what I can to stay cancer free is now my focus. Although I have finished chemotherapy, my path to healing and full recovery is long and I must continue to take each day as it comes.

I am however looking forward to being back at work and undertaking a few more public engagements in the coming months when I can.

Despite all that has gone before I enter this new phase of recovery with a renewed sense of hope and appreciation of life.

William and I are so grateful for the support we have received and have drawn great strength from all those who are helping us at this time. Everyone’s kindness, empathy and compassion has been truly humbling.

To all those who are continuing their own cancer journey – I remain with you, side by side, hand in hand. Out of darkness, can come light so let that light shine bright.

US Navy JAG investigators arrested Deep State Judge Juan Merchan, the treasonous justice who adjudicated the state of New York’s illegal “hush money” case against President Trump, outside his home in Queens Wednesday morning, pounding yet another stake into the heart of the Southern District of New York’s corrupt criminal justice system.

 

Curiously, the arrest came two days before a man claiming to be Merchan issued a statement saying he would delay sentencing in the case until after the presidential election, postponing the original Sept. 18 date.

 

“This is not a decision this Court makes lightly but it is the decision which in this Court’s view, best advances the interests of justice,” allegedly Judge Juan Merchan wrote in the decision handed down Friday.

 

White Hats say there’s no situation imaginable where Merchan, who despised Trump with every fiber of his being, would have suspended sentencing the man he swore to destroy, and that the Deep State postponed the date because it now must conjure an explanation for the sudden disappearance of not only Merchan, but also the 11 compromised jurors who sat in judgment of President Trump.

 

Real Raw News reported on several of the jurors’ arrests. JAG sources now say 11 are in custody and that a few might testify against Merchan once JAG schedules his military tribunal. The twelfth juror died resisting arrest.

 

The indictment against Merchan states JAG has leveled the following charges against him: seditious conspiracy, treason, defrauding the United States, and advocating the overthrow of the government. If found guilty, Merchan could face life in prison or, more likely, the death penalty.

 

“The case is ironclad, open and shut,” a JAG source said. “Admiral Crandall hasn’t opined on a sentence yet, but I can’t imagine he’d push for anything less than a hanging. We’ve hung Deep Staters for less. The thing is, we got him, and now maybe he’ll face justice. His arrest was long overdue.”

 

The arrest, he added, took place at approximately 7:00 a.m. Wednesday as Merchan left his lavish home in the Astoria neighborhood in Queens. He had been walking to his car when three JAG investigators approached from behind, tapped him on the shoulder, and informed him he had an appointment at Guantanamo Bay. Startled, Merchan spun around and instinctively swung at an investigator, clipping his chin. The two other investigators knocked Merchan to the ground, “bruised him a bit,” and placed him in handcuffs, our source said.

 

“He wasn’t grievously wounded, but if he had been, he had it coming to him,” our source said. “Merchan will join some of his pals at GITMO.”

He gained significant national attention after the May 2001 disappearance of Chandra Levy, an intern with the Federal Bureau of Prisons with whom Condit was having an affair.

 

Although Condit was never formally a suspect in Levy's disappearance and murder, he lost the 2002 Democratic primary based in large part on negative publicity from the scandal.

 

U.S. House of Representatives

 

Condit was elected to Congress in 1989 in a special election after the resignation of House Democratic Whip Tony Coelho. He was elected to a full term in 1990, and reelected five more times without serious difficulty (Condit had no Republican challenger during the general elections of 1992 and 1998). His most important committee assignment was as a senior member on the House Intelligence Committee in the months and years prior to the September 11 attacks. Like most Democrats from the Central Valley, Condit was somewhat more conservative than other Democrats from California. Being a Blue Dog Democrat, Condit voted against President Bill Clinton more frequently than other members of his party in the chamber.[11] Condit took several populist progressive positions such as opposing NAFTA despite intense lobbying from his own district's wine industry and President Clinton himself, voted against the landmark repeal of Glass-Steagall protections,[12] and against the Iraq War and intervention in Kosovo.[13] In the aftermath of Kosovo, Condit was a persistent force in compelling the prosecution of Slobodan Miloševic.[14]

 

In 1998, during the Monica Lewinsky scandal, Condit publicly demanded that Clinton "come clean" on his relationship with the young woman; a video of this demand was aired almost daily during Condit's own scandal involving a relationship with Bureau of Prisons intern Chandra Levy.[15] Following the September 11, 2001 attacks, interest in the Levy case declined.[16] Condit kept his seat on the Intelligence Committee, retained his security clearance, and was one of a small number of members of Congress who were cleared to see the most sensitive information on the 9/11 attacks.

 

On December 7, 2001, Condit announced he would run for re-election. He lost the Democratic primary election in March 2002 to his former aide, then-Assemblyman Dennis Cardoza, and left Congress at the end of his term in January 2003.[17] Condit's most notable vote in his last months in office was the resolution to expel Congressman James Traficant after his conviction on corruption charges. In the 420–1 vote on July 24, 2002, Condit was the sole "nay".[18]

In 2001, Condit became the subject of national news coverage after the disappearance of Chandra Levy, a young woman working as a Washington, D.C. intern, originally from Condit's district. Police questioned Condit twice, and both times he denied having an extramarital affair with her; however, Levy's aunt eventually went public with conversations she had with her about their relationship. Police questioned Condit a third time, and he confessed to the affair.[5][19] When the affair began, Condit was 53 and Levy was 23.

 

While Condit was not named as an official suspect in the disappearance, Levy's family suspected that he was withholding important information. His reputation suffered from the contrast between his "pro-family" politics, his adultery with a woman younger than his daughter, and his attempts to mislead the police regarding his affair. In July, two months after Levy vanished, Condit agreed to let investigators search his apartment; hours before the search, police said he was spotted throwing a gift box he had received from another woman into a dumpster in a Washington suburb.[5] This followed news reports that Condit had had an affair with a flight attendant.[20]

 

Levy's remains were not found during the extensive search that followed her disappearance, but were discovered accidentally May 22, 2002, in a secluded area of Rock Creek Park in Washington D.C.; the death was declared a homicide.

COUNTY MD: "A 12-year-old boy accused of stealing multiple cars from Montgomery County dealerships was apprehended for a tenth time, this time near the University of Maryland’s College Park campus. As with the nine times before, the boy was released to his parents and will not be charged with a crime. The University of Maryland Police Department said the boy was 12 and that the e-scooter he was on did not belong to him. He also had a key fob belonging to a black Tesla, which was found with its trunk open on nearby Guildford Drive, near the loading dock.

Five days before the incident at UMD, the Montgomery County Department of Police said the same 12-year-old boy entered a business on Parklawn Drive, stole a car and fled the scene. He was caught the same day and released to his parents.

MCPD believes the other incidents involve break-ins in Rockville and Bethesda.

In total, UMPD said there are 10 cases involving the same boy, starting from March to the latest incident on Sept. 8. In all of these cases, the boy has not been charged with a crime. In Maryland, children under 13 can not be charged with a crime unless it is a crime of violence."

‘Zuckbucks’ Group Acts As A Shadow Legislature In Rural America(Here we go again)

Applications for the new round of CTCL grants opened in August. The organization has approved election funding in these jurisdictions.

 

The Center for Tech and Civic Life, which funneled millions in “Zuckbucks” to local election agencies in 2020 through grants favoring Democrat areas, recently announced another round of grants to “rural and nonmetro” election offices ahead of November. The leftist group has awarded grants to at least 11 jurisdictions so far, cultivating relationships with election officials while effectively taking on the legislature’s job of appropriating funds for elections.

 

Applications for the new round of CTCL grants opened Aug. 2, and the organization has so far approved election funding in at least the following jurisdictions:Colorado (San Juan County); Massachusetts (Orange); Maine (Belgrade, Caribou, Farmington, and West Paris); Minnesota (Nobles County); Nevada (White Pine County); New Hampshire (Meredith and Plymouth); and Vermont (Washington).

 

A Shadow Legislature

Many of these election officials expressed the need for funding and infrastructure, and CTCL has effectively taken on the role of a shadow legislature, granting money to fill the perceived needs of election officials.

 

Doing so allows the group, which was responsible for election meddling to benefit Democrats in 2020, to curry favor with those officials.

 

“CTCL is run by sophisticated Democratic operatives. If sophisticated Republican operatives were digging out internal information from government election offices and befriending them with cash, the New York Times and others on the left would rightly be outraged,” said Scott Walter, president of Capital Research Center, in a statement to The Federalist. “CTCL deserves the same response.”

 

The group’s money is supposedly going toward meeting local election needs, taking on the legislative role of providing funding for things like tabulators, ballot storage, polling station work, security upgrades, and more. But in the last presidential election, CTCL grants came with strings attached.

 

Charles Alex Lanis, chief deputy clerk for San Juan County, Colorado, told The Federalist his office accepted a $5,000 grant from CTCL in hopes of keeping up with the state’s larger counties. Lanis said his office applied for the grant in early August due to “limited resources” and expensive elections in rural jurisdictions.

 

“While CTCL does offer resources such as webinars and best practices, our engagement has been centered around the funding to address our specific election needs,” Lanis said.

 

He said no other nonprofits had yet contacted the office since it received the grant, but his office accepted an Institute for Responsive Government grant on Aug. 29 for $6,000. As The Federalist previously reported, CTCL promoted the grant from IRG, which has close ties to both CTCL and leftist groups.“These funds aren’t as specific and have few, if any, strings attached,” Lanis said.

 

Nancy Blackmer, town clerk for Orange, Massachusetts, told The Federalist she pursued the grant due to budget cuts. She said CTCL awarded the grant on Aug. 6 – to the tune of $20,000, according to the Greenfield Recorder.

 

She said CTCL has not yet offered any “resources or guidance” like training, access to conferences or webinars, aid in ballot curing, or guidance on absentee or drop-box policies, and no other nonprofit had yet contacted her office since it received the grant.

 

Mary Vogel, town clerk of Belgrade, Maine, told The Federalist she applied for the grant because she wanted to “acquire some equipment” and “additional manpower” to keep the budget down. She said she is “thankful” the grant money allows her to purchase equipment she would otherwise “have to budget for over several years time.” CTCL awarded the $5,000 grant on Aug. 14, and Vogel’s office received a check Aug. 26, Vogel said.

 

She said while CTCL training, access to conferences or webinars, aid in ballot curing, or guidance on absentee or drop box policies “may have been

available,” she has not been able to participate due to other responsibilities. She said no other nonprofits had yet contacted her office since receiving the grant.

Danielle Brissette, city clerk of Caribou, Maine, told The Federalist her office applied for the grant on Aug. 3 and CTCL awarded the grant on Aug. 9. Local news outlet, The County, reported that CTCL awarded her office $20,000. Brissette said she had “no additional contacts yet” from nonprofits.

 

Diane Dunham, town clerk of Farmington, Maine, said her office applied for the grant on Aug. 5 to “get some items that may not be considered essential under the normal budgeting process.” CTCL awarded the grant the next day. CTCL has not provided any other “information or guidance,” according to Dunham, and no other nonprofits had contacted her office at that point.

 

The West Paris, Maine selectboard voted to accept a $5,000 CTCL grant Aug. 8, according to documents obtained by the Citizens Election Research Center (CERC) and shared with The Federalist. The grant will fund “election purchases” and must be used by Dec. 31, the minutes specify.

 

CTCL awarded the White Pine County, Nevada clerk’s office $20,000 on Aug. 8, according to documents also shared with The Federalist by CERC. The application is dated the same day.

 

“We are primarily a Republican county with a lot of people crying ‘election fraud,’” reads part of the application, which says it was filed by White Pine County Clerk/Registrar of Voters Nicole Stephey. “Id [sic] like the money to purchase a solution for a completely secure internet connection that will allow me to securely transmit election results to the state without having to drive back to my office.”

 

The Meredith, New Hampshire town clerk asked the selectboard to accept a $20,000 CTCL grant “for a new tabulator ballot-counting machine and six new poll pads (tablets),” according to The Laconia Daily Sun.

 

Earlier this week, Washington, Vermont Town Clerk Lois Deberville also accepted a $5,000 CTCL grant, according to selectboard minutes. The grant will fund election items “not in the town’s budget,” and a “wish list is being compiled,” the minutes say.

 

The Federalist reached out to Plymouth, New Hampshire, but officials declined to comment. Nobles County, Minnesota, also did not respond to requests for comment last week.

 

It is unclear which other jurisdictions CTCL plans to fund, or how it will work with these grantees.

 

Leftist Ties and Election Meddling

CTCL attempts to paint these new grants as “nonpartisan,” but the group has a history of sending money to election offices in a way that helps Democrats.

 

In 2020, CTCL funneled $328 million from Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg through grants to public election agencies, using these “Zuckbucks” to target areas with likely left-leaning voting blocs and boost Democrat turnout.

 

AlthoughZuckerberg has since claimed he did not know his 2020 election funding would help elect now-President Joe Biden, and has reportedly committed to not make a “similar contribution” in 2024, the so-called “nonpartisan” organization has deep ties to leftist groups.

 

Its founders — Tiana Epps-Johnson, Whitney May, and Donny Bridges — came from previous roles at the since-dissolved left-leaning New Organizing Institute, which “trained digital organizers and campaigners for the Democratic Party and liberal political causes,” according to Influence Watch. The group’s board members, including Tammy Patrick and Cristina Sinclaire, also have “strong ties to Democratic political operations,” according to InfluenceWatch.

 

Members of groups in CTCL’s network have previously meddled in the election operations of CTCL’s grantees, such as in Green Bay during 2020, as The Federalist previously reported. CTCL also offers webinars to lecturing election officials on how to silence speech dubbed “misinformation” and sway election laws.

After the 2020 election, 28 states have banned private funding of elections, according to the Capital Research Center (CRC).

 

“No wonder the majority of states have barred such interference by special interests,” said CRC President Scott Walter. “Too bad CTCL doesn’t respect democracy’s verdict on their schemes.”

 

CTCL’s website says the new grants are partially different from those in 2020 because they are limited to “rural and nonmetro” jurisdictions without bans on private election funding, and “the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative is not funding 2024 grants to local election offices.”

 

“What won’t change is that the grants will continue to be nonpartisan, voluntary, and compliant with federal, state, and local laws,” CTCL’s website reads.

 

But in the last four years, it has become clear that CTCL’s 2020 election grants were in fact partisan, boosting Democrat turnout. So the promise that grants “won’t change” in this regard raises questions.

Two German fighter jets with nuclear bombs were recently spotted over the United States. Planes were spotted last week over California.

 

Both were claimed to be equipped with a B61-12 nuclear bomb trainer, a latest variant in the B61 family that could have a selectable explosive yields of up to 50 kilotons of TNT.

 

Bombs dropped on Hiroshima and Nagasaki almost 80 years ago reportedly had yields of 15 and 25 kilotons.

 

The B61-12 nuclear bomb trainer is a non-explosive version of the weapon that is used for training purposes.

 

Tornado fighter jets

Later images confirmed that it was tornado fighter jets, parts of German air force. The two planes were spotted near the Edwards Air Force Base.

 

It is one of the certified non-U.S. operating combat aircraft in Europe under NATO’s nuclear sharing. These dual-capable aircraft, capable of carrying nuclear and non-nuclear weapons, can deliver American nukes in a conflict, reported Newsweek.

 

B61 nuclear gravity bombs

The United States has deployed several numbers of B61 nuclear gravity bombs in Europe to provide “nuclear umbrella” for extended deterrence, according to NATI. Remained under the custody and control of the United States, the nukes are claimed to provide a kind of guarantee to NATO’s security.

 

The photo, which was taken on August 27 at Edwards Air Force Base in California, showed the German aircraft was carrying a B61-12 nuclear bomb trainer under its belly, according to Hans Kristensen, director of the Nuclear Information Project at the Federation of American Scientists, reported Newsweek.

 

The Tornado aircraft is currently Germany’s designated platform for delivering nuclear weapons under NATO’s nuclear sharing arrangements, although it is expected to be replaced by the F-35 in the future.

 

This testing underscores Germany’s role in NATO’s nuclear deterrence strategy, amid rising global tensions. Germany’s continued participation in such exercises ensures it maintains the operational capabilities required for the nuclear mission under NATO’s framework.

Chandra Levy disappeared about May, 2001. About a year later, her body was found in a park near her apartment in the District of Columbia. But the spy-riddled, oil-soaked monopoly press, now or ever, is in no position to tell you what may be helpful to understand what happened. Such places had been searched in the past with no results. Did someone just dump her body there recently?

 

From all the best sources and notebooks of private and government investigators, the following details appear to be quite correct:

 

[1] Like Monica Lewinsky, Chandra Levy made herself available to be used by the American CIA, certain officials of which, informally and formally, act jointly with Israeli intelligence, The Mossad, as well as other spy agencies of purported friendly powers. Both Monica and Chandra were both good looking. Some subjectively contend that Chandra was moreso. Both apparently wanted to be used as a latter day Mata Hari, the World War One spy who infiltrated the highest level of certain military command structures.

 

Even as a child, Chandra liked to volunteer to assist the local police in her home town. Those who knew her, contend she wanted, when she grew up, to be a covert operative with the American CIA.

 

[2] After graduating with a University Master's Decree, specializing in criminal justice and journalism, she somehow wiggled her way into the Washington, D.C. Public Affairs, or Press Office, of the Federal Bureau of Prisons. Was it all actually prior arranged by her espionage handlers, foreign and domestic? Among other things, she helped arrange the media coverage at the prison death house for the execution of the alleged Oklahoma City bomber, Timothy McVeigh. [3] Chandra somehow became a sexmate of Congressman Gary Condit (D., Ca.], Representing her home District. Was it a mere concidence that he sat on several committees in respect to espionage agencies, including as overseer of the American CIA, namely, on the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence??In that capacity, Condit had top security clearance to be privy to closed door sessions dealing with covert operations of the spy community. As earlier stated by us, Chandra was repeatedly pumping Condit, in return for sexual favors, on details on McVeigh and other hot items. She used her position, as we have earlier stated, to find out why and how co-founder of the Colombia Medellin Drug Cartel, Carlos Lehder, somehow disappeared from U.S. Federal Prison. WIth her computer and other expertise, in a key office of the prison system, Chandra was in a perfect position to find out key details. Such matters were good for blackmail purposes against Lehder's business partners, the Bush Crime Family.

[4] According to the secret reports of highly-skilled private and government investigators, Chandra was compiling data, for The Mossad jointly with the French CIA,on wealthy Arab businessmen, such as in the beltway. The foreign spy agencies were interested to find out, apparently for blackmail purposes, the business links to the Bush Family and others of that circle. The foreign intelligence agencies contended that the Arab makers and shakers in the District of Columbia area, used a group of beltway bedmates, some of whom, separate from Chandra, were also snuffed out.

 

Chandra's task was plainly dangerous and she was clever and bright enough to know it.

 

Through Chandra's knowledge of kinky sex tricks required reportedly by Condit, with or through as well the Arab hotshots, many of whom were Saudis, was Condit compromised? For example, Chandra had the task of finding out details of members of the bin Laden Family residing in the U.S., some of whom reportedly had national security contracts with the U.S. Government. I am writing to you concerning potential ethical issues with respect to Acting Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Juan Merchan. On May 21, 2024, I filed a complaint against Justice Merchan concerning his presiding over the pending criminal case of former President Donald J. Trump. The New York State Commission on Judicial Conduct (the Commission) rejected the complaint on July 3, 2024. As of today, President Trump is scheduled for sentencing on September 18, 2024, at which he faces up to 136 years’ imprisonment. New information has come to light that merits a fresh look into Justice Merchan’s conflict. Neither the Appellate Division nor the Advisory Committee on Judicial Ethics could have known about this material when they issued opinions as to Justice Merchan’s continuing to preside over President Trump’s case.

 

On July 21, 2024, President Joe Biden announced that he would not seek a second term. Within a few days, Vice President Kamala Harris was anointed to become the Democrat Party’s nominee for the presidency. During his campaign, President Biden used one company, Amazon Web Services (AWS), for the campaign’s web hosting services.1 President Biden’s campaign paid AWS throughout 2023 through the suspension of his campaign in July 2024. On August 20, 2024, Vice President Harris’s campaign submitted its first Federal Election Commission (FEC) report that documented expenses and donations through July 31, 2024. In the report, specifically on Form 3P, line 232, a July 30, 2024, disbursement appears in the amount of $468.00 from Vice President Harris’s campaign to Authentic Campaigns Inc. (Authentic) for web hosting services. This indicates that one of the very first things that Harris did upon taking over the Biden campaign infrastructure is to hire this firm, Authentic.

 

Authentic is a digital consulting and marketing firm that services Democrat candidates. Loren Merchan, Justice Merchan’s daughter, is its president. Vice President Harris changed web hosting companies from AWS to Authentic immediately after becoming the presumptive Democrat presidential nominee. As the FEC report’s filing did not occur until August 20, nearly a month after the Harris campaign and Authentic had begun doing business, no one in the public, including the Commission, could have known of the relationship. This is merely the beginning of a new contract with a new campaign, regardless of the amount reimbursed. Sure, there’s an immediate benefit, but this is a play at a potential larger benefit for Authentic and Merchan down the road.

 

The Code of Conduct, specifically § 100.3(E)(1)(d)(iii), dictates that a judge must recuse from a case where a relative up to and including the sixth degree has a financial interest in the outcome of the case. Ms. Merchan is related to Justice Merchan in the first degree. Authentic has a newly active financial relationship with Vice President Harris’s campaign. President Trump’s sentencing, an event which will garner worldwide media coverage, is imminent. This event, a month and a half prior to the November 5 election, could have a profound impact on that election; indeed, some states will have commenced mail voting by that date. Given this revelation of a brand-new conflict of interest for Judge Merchan, I respectfully request that the Commission engage in a fresh inquiry concerning Justice Merchan’s conflict and take any appropriate action resulting from it.

Look at Eaton and companies like that who have reincorporated in Ireland. Also, most companies operating in the US are foreign subs or foreign owned already.
