Hovered over the post for some info on where this occurred, and it had "Fairmount Park", "Lemon Hill Drive" and "Mayor Cherelle Parker". Unless somebody has all of this Country's mayors (? assuming it's in THIS Country) on Memory Dial, at least noting a damn STATE or REGION would probably help narrow things down.
