LOOK AT THIS STILL SHOT!!! There is movement upward from the "Freedom" message (growing from horizontal to an arch) and from the collar on his left being lifted up and away from his neck. (Both are back to their respective original positions in the next frames as his blood flows.)

The usually horizontal declaration of "Freedom" is lifted UP into an arch

The LEFT side (his left) of his collar is lifted UP and away from his shoulder

The next few frames shows the message "FREEDOM" back to horizontal and reveals the hole in his neck (apparently shielded from view in the previous frame because the shirt and collar were pulled up by the air disturbances caused by the high velocity movement (speculating).
SO, it looks as if the coward's shot came from a right to left direction (relative to Charlie), and moved from a point of impact (the HOLE) upward and into his throat. The air disturbances caused by the movement of the bullet LIFTED the "Freedom" message on his shirt into an arch and LIFTED the collar on his left up and away from his chest and shoulder. (speculating)
IF TRUE, that means shooter was on Charlie's RIGHT, firing from a lower perspective than the entry hole (if it is an entry hole) since the bullet travelled upward from there into his neck. (speculating)
