Fergie and Diddy: new scandal on the offing?

This is an intersection of two stories that we have been following here on TGP: on the one hand, we have the convicted and incarcerated rap mogul Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs, and on the other, the disgraced ex-wife of Former Prince Andrew, Sarah ‘Fergie’ Ferguson.

A ‘Fergie and Diddy’ affair is red meat for the tabloids, sure – but it reveals a lot about her shenanigans that the Royal Family tried hard to cover up.

The Telegraph reported:

“Sean “Diddy” Combs claimed to have enjoyed a ‘friends with benefits’ relationship with Sarah Ferguson for several years, according to a new book. [He] is said to have bragged about sleeping with Ms. Ferguson and once stayed with her at a hotel costing more than £50,000 per night, it is claimed.”

Andrew Lownie is the author of ‘Entitled’, about the life and scandals of Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson, as reported here.

In the upcoming (and updated) paperback edition of his book, he reports that Diddy boasted about ‘slamming’ Fergie during sexual encounters, starting in 2004.

Fergie has fallen in disgrace over her long-running, close ties with Jeffrey Epstein – and the two stories congregate here, as Combs and Ferguson are said to have met in 2002, at a party in New York thrown by Epstein’s accomplice Ghislaine Maxwell.

“Another associate of Combs told Mr. Lownie that in 2004, the rapper and Ms. Ferguson began a ‘secret friends with benefits’ relationship that continued for several years.”

Soaring Death Toll In Lebanon As Full-Fledged Israel, Hezbollah Fighting Returns

Full-fledged war has returned to Lebanon as the government has announced that at least 23 people have been killed by Israeli airstrikes on Saturday alone.

Stretching back into Friday, this brings the total death count to at least 50 killed over the past 24 hours of Israeli bombings, also as Lebanon’s National News Agency (NNA) late on Saturday said rescue operations were still ongoing for bystanders missing underneath the rubble.

Heavy bombing has not ceased in southern Lebanon, as the Israeli military says it's trying to root out and destroy Hezbollah, including raids on the districts of Nabatieh, Bint Jbeil and Sidon, among others. Several were also killed in Tyre on Friday.

But Israeli forces have also absorbed casualties, with The Times of Israel describing the following serious drone strikes launched from Lebanon:

On Saturday, the terror group launched several salvos of explosive-laden drones and rockets at Israeli forces. One drone struck Israeli territory, close to the border with Lebanon, seriously injuring a reservist soldier and moderately wounding a reservist officer and another reservist soldier.

The troops were taken to Galilee Medical Center, which said the seriously wounded soldier underwent surgery and was now stable in the intensive care unit. The moderately wounded troops were scheduled for surgery later.

In another incident, the military said an explosive drone struck an unmanned engineering vehicle in southern Lebanon, causing damage. No injuries were caused.

There are reports of the IDF issuing evacuation orders for various areas, only to attack the so-called safe zones. For example the below comes via Israeli sources:

"In light of the Hezbollah terror organization’s violations of the ceasefire agreement, the IDF is forced to act against it with force and does not intend to harm you," warned army spokesman Col. Avichay Adraee.

Meanwhile, Lebanese media reported that Israeli airstrikes on Saturday killed at least 12 people, including in areas where no evacuation orders were issued.

Lebanese officials have also charged Israel with trying to erase the Lebanese presence in southern Lebanon in a genocidal act, or 'cultural genocide'.

Globalist Elites Are At It Again

In five months, the United Nations will try again to impose the world’s first global carbon tax — and American families will pay the bill if Washington isn’t ready.

The vote at the International Maritime Organization (IMO) returns in October 2026. The same scheme, the same UN-administered fund, the same transfer of American wealth to international bureaucrats accountable to no voter anywhere. The European Union is already regrouping. Small island nations are already lining up with their hands out. The clock is ticking.

This fight should already be over. Last October, the Trump administration stared down the IMO and killed — at least temporarily — what would have been the first global carbon tax on any industry. Secretaries Marco Rubio, Chris Wright and Sean Duffy issued a joint statement threatening visa restrictions, port fees and sanctions on any country that voted yes. The IMO blinked. Member states voted 57 to 49 to postpone for a year.

President Donald Trump called the proposal the “Global Green New Scam Tax on Shipping.” He was right.

But postponed is not killed. The vote returns this October, and the EU is pressing hard to resurrect the levy. Washington needs to be ready to fight it again — and this time finish the job.

Here is what the IMO is preparing to vote on. Ships would pay a carbon penalty of $100 to $380 per metric ton of excess CO₂. The revenue — projected at $11 to $13 billion per year — flows into a UN-administered Net-Zero Fund. Officially it’s for “green fuels” and “just transitions.”

In practice, it is a permanent revenue stream for the same international agencies that have held decades of climate summits while global emissions have continued to rise, with a well-documented history of incompetence, graft and waste.

Small island nations and developing countries are already lining up with their hands out, seeing the levy not as a tool to cut emissions but as a fresh source of climate reparations. The fund’s architects have promised the lion’s share will flow to the poorest states for “capacity building” — diplomatic language for a wealth transfer on a global scale, administered by bureaucrats who answer to no voter anywhere.

Meanwhile, American families get stuck with the bill. Higher shipping costs don’t stay at sea. They flow straight into the price of every imported good: clothes, electronics, medicine, car parts, food. The Trump administration’s own analysis warned shipping costs could jump 10% or more.

That is not abstract climate justice. It is a regressive tax falling hardest on working Americans who already face inflation fatigue.

And for what? Global CO₂ emissions keep rising even in places with aggressive carbon pricing. Europe’s Emissions Trading System hasn’t stopped continental emissions from growing in several sectors. China emits more CO₂ than all industrial nations combined, burns more than half the world’s coal, and is building hundreds of new coal plants designed to run for 40 years or longer — while lecturing the West about responsibility.

China also operates the world’s largest commercial fleet. Under the IMO framework, Chinese state-owned shippers pay the levy and pass the cost to American importers. American families would fund the UN bureaucracy and subsidize Beijing’s trade dominance at the same time. That is a bad deal by any measure.

Medicaid fraud fears grow amid massive red state billing spike in sector that also plagued Minnesota

As fraud concerns ramp up across the country, particularly involving Medicaid,North Carolina State Auditor Dave Boliek told Fox News Digital the problem is very real in his state, especially when it comes to autism therapy, an area that has been highly scrutinized in Minnesota.

Boliek is sounding the alarm on potential waste, fraud and abuse within the state’s Medicaid program, specifically noting in an interview with Fox News Digital a 47,000% explosion in autism therapy billings he has flagged since taking office last year.

"Those are vital services to folks and individuals that need that therapy," Boliek said. "But when you have, like in North Carolina, a system that went from $1.4 million or so in total billings for autism therapy to more than $660 million a year in billings on autism therapy within a five-year range, that begs an audit from the state auditor, who in North Carolina, we are the top watchdog agency for taxpayer waste, fraud and abuse prevention. So, we've dug down into that and are in the middle of that."

Boliek, who was speaking to Fox News Digital at the annual State Financial Officers Foundation conference in Orlando, says his office is "hand in hand" with Vice President JD Vance’s focus on eliminating waste, fraud and abuse to "make sure that the people who need the services and deserve those services get the services" without "wasting money."

One of the core problems, Boliek explained, is the system is oftentimes designed in a way that fails to properly safeguard against waste and abuse.

"What we’ve got is we’ve seen examples where there might be three different clinical providers billing during the same tranche of time on an autism therapy client, and that is because of poor rulemaking," Boliek explained. "Some of it is possibly illegal and probably illegal, and we’re going to point that out, and we’re going to try to put people in cuffs because of it.

"But some of it might be technically legal because of the lax oversight from a Democrat-led Department of Health and Human Services," Boliek said, referencing the top state health agency in North Carolina.

In a March 10, 2026, hearing of the Joint Legislative Oversight Committee on Medicaid, the North Carolina Department of Healthand Human Services presented data that matches Boliek's narrative of exponential growth in autism therapy.

The ad leaves little room for interpretation. It features a massive image of President Trump standing directly behind the establishment-oriented Takubo with bold text claiming “ENDORSED BY TRUMP.”

No official Trump endorsement exists.

No endorsement announcement. No Truth Social post. No official Trump campaign statement. No verification from President Trump’s political operation whatsoever.

The ad was clearly designed to mislead conservative voters into believing Takubo had earned President Trump’s support when he had not.

Republicans across West Virginia are calling the move dishonest, embarrassing, and a blatant attempt to manipulate Trump voters.

“If Trump endorsed him, there would be proof,” one conservative activist said. “This looks like a desperate politician trying to borrow Trump’s name because he can’t run on his own record.”

Republican voters in West Virginia take President Trump’s endorsements seriously and rely on them when making decisions in primary elections.

Instead of earning that endorsement, Takubo simply manufactured the appearance of one.

Candidates who truly receive Trump endorsements almost always provide direct evidence including official graphics from the Trump campaign, videos, public statements, endorsement letters, or Truth Social posts from Trump himself.

Takubo’s campaign has none of that.

The incident exposes exactly what grassroots conservatives are fighting against: establishment politicians attempting to deceive voters by wrapping themselves in Trump imagery while lacking genuine America First credibility.

Now Republicans are demanding answers: Why did Takubo’s campaign claim a Trump endorsement that does not exist? The Takubo camp's move, coupled with recently released polling, makes it clear that desperation is engulfing Team Takubo.

National File has reached out to Sen. Takubo and his campaign team for comment on the misleading claim. The Takubo campaign has not responded to our requests.

Sadly, this is not the first time Takubo has been caught lying in this race. Despite looking voters in the eyes and claiming he "never voted for men in women's sports" Takubo did exactly that in 2021. Just check the link for his vote: HB 3293, Roll Call Vote No, 390.

Takubo also lied about his support for puberty blockers for children. In 2023 he tried several times to water down a bill to ban gender-affirming care for children, calling the bill “dramatic overreach” and succeeded in passing an amendment allowing for the continued prescription of puberty blockers.

One question lingers in the minds of conservative voters in District 17: why should voters trust a politician willing to mislead them so openly during an election?

The Great Stink was an event in Central London during July and August 1858 in which the hot weather exacerbated the smell of untreated human waste and industrial effluent that was present on the banks of the River Thames. The problem had been mounting for some years, with an ageing and inadequate sewer system that emptied directly into the Thames. The miasma from the effluent was thought to transmit contagious diseases, and three outbreaks of cholera before the Great Stink were blamed on the ongoing problems with the river.

The smell, and fears of its possible effects, prompted action by the national and local administrators who had been considering possible solutions to the problem. The authorities accepted a proposal from the civil engineer Joseph Bazalgette to move the effluent eastwards along a series of interconnecting sewers that sloped towards outfalls beyond the metropolitan area. Work on high-, mid- and low-level systems for the new Northern and Southern Outfall Sewers started at the beginning of 1859 and lasted until 1875. To aid the drainage, pumping stations were built to lift the sewage from lower levels into higher pipes. Two of the more ornate stations, Abbey Mills in Stratford and Crossness on the Erith Marshes, with architectural designs by the consultant engineer, Charles Driver, are listed for protection by English Heritage. Bazalgette's plan introduced the three embankments to London in which the sewers ran: the Victoria, Chelsea and Albert Embankments.

Bazalgette's work ensured that sewage was no longer dumped onto the shores of the Thames and brought an end to the cholera outbreaks; his actions are thought to have saved more lives than the efforts of any other Victorian official. His sewer system operates into the 21st century, servicing a city that has grown to a population of over nine million. The historian Peter Ackroyd argues that Bazalgette should be considered a hero of London.

Food banks in multiple states reported record demand in April as more families struggled with high grocery prices.

Several large networks said they distributed 20-30 percent more food than the same period last year.

Many working families who never used food assistance before are now showing up.

Donations are struggling to keep pace with the increased need.

This comes as inflation on staple items remains sticky. Record demand at food banks from working families is a worrying sign.

When people who have jobs still need this level of help it shows how tight things are.

This is one of those under-the-radar indicators of real stress.

Financial pressure on families from inflation, government shutdowns and the Iran war is apparent at area food banks, where some say demand is outstripping even what they saw during the covid-19 pandemic.

From July 2024 to July 2025, the Greater Pittsburgh Community Food Bank distributed 5 million more meals than the previous year, jumping from 48 million to 53 million in that period.

During the height of the pandemic in 2020, the food bank distributed 40 million meals.

That equates to a 32.5% jump in five years.

And that food bank isn’t alone.

In the first three months this year, the Westmoreland County Food Bank saw a 14% increase in the number of people in need of help compared with the same time in 2025.

Food banks nationwide reported an abrupt cancellation of USDA food deliveries in April. Feeding America West Michigan alone lost 32 truckloads of food due to federal funding “disruptions,” forcing them to buy food at retail prices while their own costs are up 25% since 2023.

Legal group exposes heavy use of Minnesota’s ‘vouching' system to override voting ID rules

The records, which were obtained through a public records request, showed that Minnesota’s Election Day Registration process allows registered voters or certain residential facility employees to verify another voter’s residency in place of standard identification or proof-of-address documents.

America First Legal, a conservative legal group, has obtained records from the Minnesota Secretary of State showing thousands of Minnesotans used the state's “vouching” system to bypass voter ID while registering or updating their information during recent election cycles.

The records, which were obtained through a public records request, showed that Minnesota’s Election Day Registration process allows registered voters or certain residential facility employees to verify another voter’s residency in place of standard identification or proof-of-address documents.

Minnesota law reportedly allows a registered voter from the same precinct or an authorized employee of a residential facility to confirm another individual’s residency for voting purposes if that person lacks traditional documentation in-person at the polls.

According to the data released by AFL, almost 18,900 Election Day registrations in 2024 involved the use of vouching.

Of those, 13,441 were updates to existing voter registrations, while 5,457 involved new voter registrations.

The records also showed 10,278 voter registrations or updates using vouching during the 2022 election cycle, including 2,215 new registrations.

In 2020, the state recorded 17,616 vouched-for Election Day registrations or updates, including 5,069 new registrations, the data showed.

AFL said it tried to get more information from the secretary of state’s office, including data showing whether voters were vouched for by private citizens or residential facility employees, lists of authorized facility staff, and records involving alleged fraudulent or suspicious activity connected to the system.

According to AFL, the secretary of state’s office responded that it “does not record or maintain data on vouching method,” and in several categories replied that there was “no data responsive” to the request.

In a statement released with the records, AFL attorney Will Scolinos criticized the state’s election procedures, arguing the lack of detailed tracking undermines confidence in election security.

“The Minnesota Secretary of State disregards America’s fundamental need for secure, transparent elections,” Scolinos said. “Americans have the right to know that every vote cast is legal and every election is secure.”

Inside Israel’s AI targeting system: How data from a phone becomes a death sentence

Ahmad Turmus got in his car, started it up, and drove off. Less than 30 seconds later came the shriek of the two missiles that lanced through his car.

The buzz of the Israeli drone was constant that day, and every time Ahmad Turmus looked up, it seemed to be circling over him, like an all-too-patient bird of prey.

So when the phone rang as he was visiting family one Monday afternoon in February, Turmus wasn’t too surprised that the person speaking accented Arabic was an Israeli military officer.

What surprised him was the question.

“Ahmad, do you want to die with those around you or alone?”

According to family members interviewed, Turmus answered with one word before hanging up: “Alone.”

The targeting of Turmus, which Israel acknowledged, demonstrates how, time and again, its military has mastered an intelligence war for which Hezbollah appears to have no answer.

Ever since the spectacular pager attacks of September 2024, when Israel remotely detonated explosives hidden in pagers carried by Hezbollah members, foot soldiers, support personnel, field commanders, chiefs of staff, and even a revered secretary general have been felled by a targeting system powered by artificial intelligence.

IDF AI system permits near-omniscient Hezbollah tracking

The system, which fuses data from smartphones, security and traffic cameras, Wi-Fi signals, drones, government databases, and social media, has granted Israel what seems an almost omniscient ability to track Hezbollah cadres’ every movement.

Turmus, 62, was serving as a liaison between Hezbollah and residents of Talloussah, a small village less than three miles from the Israeli border, which had turned into a battlefield during Israel’s campaign against Hezbollah in 2024.

Throughout the 15-month ceasefire that followed, he spent his time coordinating with repair personnel and civil defense crews to get the village running, even as Israeli strikes persisted across south Lebanon.

His family described him as a former fighter for the militant Islamist group, but who, in his older age, had taken an administrative role. Israel said it was working on “military and financial matters… to rehabilitate Hezbollah terrorist infrastructure.”

Whatever his role, he too was now ensnared in Israel’s kill chain – the culmination of an intelligence-gathering process that began years ago.

There are multiple ways Turmus could have landed in the military’s cross-hairs – none of them a smoking gun on its own, but all potential grist for the algorithm that eventually picked him to be killed that February day.

For one, he lived in Talloussah, a Shiite-dominated village supportive of Hezbollah. This meant that the movements of Turmus and other residents were constantly under the surveillance of Israeli drones.

According to an AI specialist who worked with defense firms until he raised concerns about the use of such systems in Gaza, the drones’ cameras probably filmed and recorded his face, along with the make and license plate of his car and his home.

The drones could have used cell-site simulators, known as “stingrays,” to masquerade as cellphone towers and trick his smartphone into connecting, granting them access not only to Turmus’s data but his movements in real time.

Even if Turmus had switched SIM cards, he would still have been tracked, said the AI specialist, who was granted anonymity to discuss his work.

“It’s a massive data pipeline: phone metadata, location pings, SIM card swaps, app usage, social media behavior, sometimes even banking or facial recognition inputs. A lot is ‘scraped’ from commercial platforms, mobile networks, partner intelligence agencies, or spies on the ground,” the AI specialist said.

YORBA LINDA, Calif. —A California postseason track meet on Saturday opened with a "Save Girls’ Sports"rally outside the gates and ended in familiar fashion, as one athlete again separated from the field in the jumping events, highlighting growing concerns over competitive fairness in girls’ sports.

Saturday’s CIF Southern Section Division 3 preliminaries in Yorba Linda drew attention before competition began, with demonstrators protesting California’s policy allowing transgender athletes to compete in girls’ sports.

Inside, the focus turned to the jumping events, where biological male AB Hernandez, a senior from Jurupa Valley, competed against women and finished first across all three competitions with dominant performances.

Hernandez, a trans multi-sport athlete (previously involved in girls' volleyball), won the Long Jump Division 3 Prelim and Triple Jump Division 3 Prelim by wide margins and tied for first in the High Jump Division 3 Prelim with Reese Hogan, an athlete with past ties to Hernandez.

The long jump result separated the field. Hernandez posted 20 feet, 4 1/4 inches. The next closest finishers reached 19 feet, 1 1/2 inches and 18 feet, 7 inches.

More than a foot separated first from second.

The triple jump underscored the disparity. Hernandez recorded 42 feet, 4 inches. The runners-up finished at 39 feet, 7 1/2 inches and 37 feet, 8 inches.

The growing attention around the issue was evident in the stands at Yorba Linda High School, which hosted the prelims.

One grandparent in attendance, there to support Moorpark High School, pointed to how familiar the situation has become.

"It happened last year and I thought it’d be done, but it’s California," the grandparent said with a shrug.

Heavy metals’ contamination in cosmetic productsis a serious threat. Present study was conducted to evaluate the concentrations of heavy metals (HMs) in various brands of cosmetic products with special emphasis on their health risk assessment. Five heavy metals including Cd, Cr, Fe, Ni and Pb were quantified in different brands of lotions, foundations, whitening creams, lipsticks, hair dyes and sunblock creams using atomic absorption spectrometry. Risk to the consumer’s health was determined using systemic exposure dosage (SED), margin of safety (MoS), hazard quotient (HQ), hazard index (HI) and lifetime cancer risk (LCR).

On comparative basis, different brands of sunblock creams depicted highest concentration of Ni, Pb and Cr (7.99 ± 0.36, 6.37 ± 0.05 and 0.43 ± 0.01 mg/kg, respectively), whereas lipsticks had elevated levels of Fe at 12.0 ± 1.8 mg/kg, and Cd was maximum in lotions (0.26 ± 0.02 mg/kg). Multivariate analysis revealed strong associations among Cr, Ni and Pb, while Cd and Fe showed disparity in distribution and sources of contamination. MoS, HQ and HI values were within the permissible limit apart from for lotions and sunblock creams, while LCR value was higher than the permissible limit in all cosmetic products except lipsticks. Regular use of these products can cause serious threat to human health, particularly skin cancer on long time exposure. Therefore, continuous monitoring of cosmetic products, particularly with reference to HMs adulteration should be adopted to ensure the human safety and security.
