FBI Lawyer Who Altered FISA Docs and His Lover Worked for Current ICIG Who Edited IC WhistleBlower Form to Legitimize Schiff Sham

 

Barack Obama corrupted everything he could touch over his eight years as President. His military was prosecuting its own soldiers for murdering enemy combatants. Obama’s State Department was a pay-for-play racketeering enterprise and Obama’s FBI and DOJ morphed into sick and criminal gangs.

Over the weekend we learned from another leak to the Washington Post, that an individual in Obama’s FBI altered documents that provided support for a FISA Warrant obtained to spy on candidate and President Trump.

 

The individual (or individuals) was soon identified as Kevin Clinesmith who worked with his reported lover Sally Moyer for the current Intelligence Community (IC) Inspector General (IG), Michael Atkinson.

If you have followed the case closely, the intentional removal of Peter Strzok in combination with the explanation of the lawyer’s FISA responsibilities; and in combination with prior reporting of FBI lawyer 2; it seems pretty obvious the line-level lawyer was Kevin Clinesmith.

 

If the WaPo article had added all the detail and left in how the line-level attorney worked for Peter Strzok everyone would have known who it was. Hence they put in more details about his activity but removed the Strzok reference.

 

Kevin Clinesmith was one of the key FBI small group members on the original Clinton investigation known as the β€œmid-year exam”, or in text messages the β€œMYE”.

 

Within the MYE Clinesmith was one of the key legal staff working with Peter Strzok. Clinesmith was lawyer #2 for Strzok who eventually transferred to the subsequent Crossfire Hurricane investigation.

 

Clinesmith was also previously reported to be having an intimate relationship with another member of the FBI team, Sally Moyer, though that is uncertain. [Tashina "Tash” Guahar was also a key legal figure on the Main Justice side of the MYE team.]

 

Sally Moyer was FBI unit chief in the Office of General Counsel (counterintelligence legal unit within the FBI Office of General Counsel).

 

Ms. Moyer was responsible for the legal compliance within the FBI counterintelligence operations that generated FISA applications.

 

When the MYE investigation finished, the Carter Page FISA construction is where Kevin Clinesmith and Sally Moyer come together in their next assignment, the FBI investigation of Trump.

 

The interesting connection is that Clinesmith and Moyer both also reportedly worked for Michael Atkinson while he was an attorney with the Department of Justice (DOJ).

 

Atkinson next took a position as the ICIG. Recently, it was reported that Atkinson changed the IC whistleblower form in September shortly after a CIA Agent, who was spying in the Trump White House, drafted a complaint on President Trump.

 

Atkinson saw to it that the whistleblower form was updated to allow for second hand information, which the β€˜whistleblower’ (believed to be Eric Ciaramella) provided in his complaint. Although, the form should not have been accepted based on second-hand information and because it was about the President of the United States (who is not in the IC), Atkinson accepted the complaint.

 

The whistleblower later attempted to edit the form he originally provided. The original form stated that the whistleblower did not talk to Congress before filing the form but after it was discovered that he had met with Adam Schiff’s team in Congress, the whistleblower attempted to edit his form.

 

The fact that the whistleblower worked as a CIA operative also causes concerns since the CIA is only supposed to work overseas while working on external threats. He is not supposed to be spying in the White House on the President.

Acting Homeland Security Secretary Presents An β€˜Exciting’ Plan To Combat Gangs, Cartels

 

In an exclusive interview with Fox News, Acting Department of Homeland Security Secretary Chad Wolf said he has an β€œexciting” plan for combatting the transnational criminal (TCO) gangs and drug cartels.

 

Further, Wolf signaled that he will need more resources than what has been afforded under the transnational criminal designation.

 

β€œSo when we talk about TCOs, it’s not only them facilitating the flow of migrants to the border, it’s also drugs, weapons and a lot of the violence,” Wolf told Fox News.

 

β€œSo targeting TCOs in a real way … is something that I will certainly push and work on from a DHS perspective, but we’ll also be working in the larger interagency to really start targeting these groups, because once you start eliminating their ability to bring migrants and the like, then I think you’ll start seeing a different dynamic,” said Wolf.

 

Wolf took over DHS as its Acting Director after Kevin McAleenan announced his resignation in October.

 

β€œI put in a very good man who’s highly respected, and he’s acting right now and we’ll see where that goes,” President Donald Trump told reporters following his announcement.

 

There is no indication as to if or when Wolf will be confirmed. In the meantime, he’s working to seize the bank accounts of the ruthless TCOs and cartels.

 

In her documentary released last year, Sara A. Carter urged the federal government to designate the Mexican drug cartels Foreign Terrorist Organizations (FTOs). If they don’t comply, she said, the U.S. government will allow the cartels to destroy American communities through their illicit narcotics trafficking and distribution operations that continue to fuel an opioid epidemic that’s killing nearly 130 Americans each day.

 

Earlier this year, Carter testified before the Ohio House Criminal Justice Committee. Lately I’ve been posting articles on fraudulent science. Here, I’m reaching back several years for a piece I wrote about Monsanto, before the company was swallowed up by Bayer, and while TV news anchor Brian Williams was still the golden boy at NBC.

 

The underlying theme: most people automatically buy official pronouncements about science as true science. It never occurs to them that a political agenda is the real punch line.

 

Imagine this. A killer is put on trial, and the jury, in a surprise verdict, finds him not guilty. Afterwards, reporters interview this killer. He says, β€œThe jury freed me. It’s up to them. They decide. That’s what justice is all about.”

 

Then the press moves along to members of the jury, who say: Well, we had to take the defendant’s word. He said he was innocent, so that’s what we ruled.

 

That’s an exact description of the FDA and Monsanto partnership.

 

When you cut through the verbiage that surrounded the introduction of GMO food into America, you arrive at two key statements. One from Monsanto and one from the FDA, the agency responsible for overseeing, licensing, and certifying new food varieties as safe.

 

ONE: Quoted in the New York Times Magazine (October 25, 1998, β€œPlaying God in the Garden”), Philip Angell, Monsanto’s director of corporate communications, famously stated: β€œMonsanto shouldn’t have to vouchsafe the safety of biotech food. Our interest is in selling as much of it as possible. Assuring its safety is the FDA’s job.”

 

TWO: From the Federal Register, Volume 57, No.104, β€œStatement of [FDA] Policy: Foods Derived from New Plant Varieties,” here is what the FDA had to say on this matter: β€œUltimately, it is the food producer who is responsible for assuring safety.”

 

The direct and irreconcilable clash of these two statements is no accident. It’s not a sign of incompetence or sloppy work or a mistake or a miscommunication. It’s a clear signal that the fix was in.

 

No real science. No convincing evidence of safety. Passing the buck back and forth was the chilling and arrogant strategy through which Pandora’s Box was pried opened and GMO food was let into the US food supply.

 

In order for this titanic scam to work, the media had to cooperate. Reporters had to be a) idiots and b) sell-outs.

 

Reporters and their editors let the story die. No sane principled journalist would have cut bait, but who said mainstream reporters are sane or principled?

 

Underneath the Monsanto-FDA buck-passing act, there was a conscious deal to give a free pass to GMO crops. This had nothing to do with science or health or β€œfeeding the world.” It was about profits. It was also about establishing a new monopoly on food.

FDA Shocking Study: Cells Used In Vaccines Contaminated With Serious Viruses Including Cancer

 

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has published shocking results which found that cells used in the manufacturing of numerous childhood vaccines are often contaminated with serious viruses including cancer.

 

The FDA study looked at vaccines that are made from living cells, or replicated cell substrates that some manufacturers are investigating to create. According to research, these cells are oftentimes contaminated with hidden viral fragments which have the potential to cause cancer.

 

These viruses are dormant, meaning they live β€œquietly” inside other cells. However, eventually these cells no longer hide and circulate throughout the body in the form of serious disease. As a result, a person injected with a vaccine containing these cancer-causing micro-organisms may not display signs of health complications until long after they have been jabbed sometimes several years later.

 

An experiment injecting rodents with vaccines yielded surprising results showing that the rats now had tumor cells.

 

β€œIn some cases the cell lines that are used might be tumorigenic, that is, they form tumors when injected into rodents,” the FDA paper explains.

 

β€œSome of these tumor-forming cell lines may contain cancer-causing viruses that are not actively reproducing. Such viruses are hard to detect using standard methods. These latent, or β€˜quiet,’ viruses pose a potential threat, since they might become active under vaccine manufacturing conditions.”

 

The list of tumorigenic or cells that run the risk of causing cancer include MDCK and CHO cells (for influenza virus vaccines), 293 and PER.C6 cells (for adenovirus-vectored HIV-1 and other vaccines), and tumor-derived cells such as HeLa cells (for HIV-1 vaccines) according to the FDA.

 

Although this author is against the injection of foreign chemicals into his own body, the FDA proceeded with the study for other reasons. The FDA writes they want β€œto ensure the safety of vaccines, our laboratory is investigating ways to activate latent viruses in cell lines and to detect the activated viruses, as well as other unknown viruses, using new technologies. We will then adapt our findings to detect viruses in the same types of cell substrates that are used to produce vaccines.”

 

The FDA adds, β€œThese methods will enable FDA scientists to help manufacturers to determine whether their specific cell substrate is safe to use for vaccine production. The methods our laboratory are developing and testing will help to ensure the production of safe and effective vaccines in two ways: 1) FDA will be able to develop testing guidelines for manufacturers who use new cell substrates for producing vaccines; and 2) FDA will publish the new methods it develops in peer-reviewed scientific journals, thus making them readily accessible to all manufacturers.”

 

The FDA is also evaluating the risk of retrovirus infections in humans such as Simian foamy virus (SFV) which can be transmitted from monkeys to humans. Although, the FDA says β€œthere is no evidence that SFV causes disease.” However, the FDA cautions that the virus can β€œremain in a lifelong quiet state in the DNA after infection.”

MH17: Five Years Of One-Sided Propaganda And Investigation From The Dutch Government’s JIT Team

 

Five years ago on July 17, 2014, Malaysia Airlines Flight 17 was blown out of the sky while flying over Eastern Ukraine. It was on its way from Amsterdam to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. All 283 passengers (mainly Dutch) and 15 crew members on board were killed. It was immediately claimed that Russia was responsible, something that Russia vehemently denies. Much has been written and argued, but now the team of Bonanza Media made some independent research that resulted in the documentary; Call For Justice MH17 , which was shown on the 26th October 2019 in The Hague, the Netherlands. The JIT (Joint Investigation Team) of the Netherlands, says it has four suspects and they ought to be tried at a court in the Netherlands, five years after the crash. They didn’t consider the investigative documentary Call For Justice MH17 to be part of the evidence, in fact they didn’t bother to look at it or send at least a member of the JIT team when the documentary was presented in the Hague, also the regular Dutch MSM was absent at the presentation.

 

A lot of questions remain, especially the non-professional inquiry of the Dutch Government, conducted by the so-called JIT team. On November 21 2019, the Dutch police issued a warrant, the so-called β€œ MH17 Witness Appeal November 2019 , β€œ to be read on the website of the Dutch Police. It claims the team had deciphered telephone talks between the Donbass – East Ukrainian leaders, the Russian Minister of Defense Sergey Shoygu and Putin’s aide Vladislav Surkov. But why now, 5 years after the crash? Where is the logic here?

 

In June 2015 the JIT already released the Trial information according to which four suspects, Igor GIRKIN, Sergey DUBINSKIY, Oleg PULATOV and Leonid KHARCHENKO, will be prosecuted for their alleged involvement in the downing of flight MH17. The criminal proceedings will take place before the district court in The Hague, to be held in the Schiphol Judicial Complex. The first court session will be held on March 9, 2020, from 10:00 AM (Central European Time). And the Dutch Government is well aware that the suspects will most likely not attend the trial.

 

In 2014 and 2015 the Dutch Government in cooperation with the JIT team and the Dutch police released some intercepted so-called phone calls allegedly between the 53rd Anti Aircraft Missile Brigade (AAMB) from Kursk in the Russian Federation, the suspect Kharchenko and a certain suspect caled β€œRyazan”. Based on this information the JIT claims; The JIT does have evidence from other sources (which they don’t reveal) that at that time, Russian soldiers of the 53rd Brigade from Kursk were present near the border with Eastern Ukraine.

NO JAIL for Police Chief Caught Stealing 3,000 Bags of Heroin from Evidence Room

 

Elizabeth, PA β€” In the land of the free, there are two sets of justice systems β€” one for all those connected to that system, and one for everyone else. Time after time, we’ve seen police officers and politicians alike accused of terrible crimes and they escape with little to no jail. As the following case illustrates, police chiefs can betray everything they stand for, steal tens of thousands of dollars in heroin from their own department and face no jail.

 

The former Elizabeth Borough police chief, Timothy Butler, pleaded guilty to stealing heroin from the department’s evidence room but he will not go to jail. Instead of jail, Butler was sentenced to 55 months probation and 325 hours of community service.

 

In August, Butler pleaded guilty to two counts of theft, one count of possession and one count of obstructing the administration of law. The sheer amount of heroin found in Butler’s possession makes the one count of possession outright laughable.

 

According to police, Butler was arrested last year after they found more than 60 bundles of heroin and 3,230 individual β€œstamp bags” (given this name for being the size of a stamp and individually packaged for resale) in and around his desk β€” inside his police chief office.

 

Clearly he was unconcerned with hiding it because after all, he was the top cop. According to the criminal complaint, when asked how bad the evidence problem was, Butler said, β€œit was all gone.”

 

Had Butler not been a police officer, rest assured that he would have received a far harsher sentence than just probation. Indeed, many will argue β€” and rightfully so β€” that Butler should face harsher sentencing due to the betrayal of his duties as the top cop.

 

If we contrast Butler’s sentence with that of Alonte M. Bjorlie, a massive disparity becomes evident. Bjorlie was sentenced to 15 years in federal prison earlier this month after being found in possession of far less heroin than Butler and Bjorlie didn’t steal it from cops who kidnapped and caged people for having it.

 

While Butler should certainly face harsh sentencing for stealing from the evidence locker and betraying his oath to the office of chief, he should never be punished in a court of law for using and possessing heroinβ€”no one should.

 

Criminalizing addiction and substance abuse has done nothing to curb use. America cannot arrest its way out of a drug problem. People are literally dying in the streets at an increasing rate and no amount of police state can stop it. Soccer moms, business professionals, and police officers alike quickly found themselves buying highly dangerous fentanyl and heroin on the black market to support their government-approved pharmaceutical industry-sustained addictions.

 

Instead of helping these people, who clearly have physical and mental addictions and need help, the government simply began locking them in cages when they caught them with it.

 

Research β€” according to many law enforcement officials β€” shows that the cost of incarceration, especially for repeat drug offenders, is far higher than simply treating their addiction. It is also far better for a society who values freedom.

 

The good news is that some law enforcement across the country are realizing that treatment β€” not cages β€” curbs the problem of addiction far more successfully.

 

This realization has led to the creation of the Angel Program.

CIA documents reveal that intelligence agencies saw the press as β€œprincipal villains” and used its resources to infiltrate and fund journalism schools to produce content sympathetic to its interests.

 

A series of 1984 memos from the CIA Inspector General’s (IG) office reveals some alarming views on the press and how to deal with them. Among other things, the memo shows that 33 years before the Agency declared WikiLeaks a hostile non-state intelligence service, they were viewing the general press in the same terms.

 

Several weeks prior, CIA Director Casey had asked the IG to weigh in on officer Eloise Page’s paper on unauthorized disclosure. The IG passed the task onto someone on his staff, who produced a four page SECRET memo for IG James Taylor, who passed it onto Director Casey. The IG specifically endorsed the proposal for a program where the Agency would intervene with journalism schools, which is discussed further below.

 

The SECRET memo began by endorsing the proposals that Page had laid out in her paper. Specifically praised among her proposed initiative was new legislation, a special FBI unit, and a special prosecutor. While it was obviously hoped that this would help enforce the law, the member of the IG staff also hoped that they would create a chilling effect. The sole criticism for Page’s paper was that it lacked a strategy for dealing with the media, who were the β€œprincipal villains” in all of this.

 

To the Inspector General’s office, the reason that the press were the β€œprincipal villains” was simple: β€œabsolute power corrupts absolutely” and β€œthe power of the media to publish in this country is nearly absolute.” As a result of the media’s β€œabsolute power”, argued the Agency that had been involved in mind control attempts, illegal surveillance, tampering in foreign elections and dozens of assassinations, assassination attempts and coups, they had been corrupted absolutely. The member of the IG’s staff then suggested that they compare the media to the β€œopposition,” a reference to hostile intelligence services. This could be backed up by citing β€œprecise parallels in methods and results, if not in motivations, between the media’s attempts to penetrate us and the opposition’s attempts to do the same.”

 

The IG’s office argued that the Agency’s response to the media had been largely passive and inadequate. Proposing that it was β€œtime for an offense as well as a defense”, they offered a list of potential Do’s and Don’ts for the Agency….

Former Chief Executive Rishi Shah, former President Shradha Agarwal and two other former executives of the pharmaceutical advertising company were charged in a 26-count indictment in Chicago made public on Monday.

 

The charges were announced by the U.S. Department of Justice four weeks after Outcome agreed to pay $70 million to end its related criminal probe.

 

Outcome Health streams pharmaceutical ads on televisions and computer tablets it installs in doctors’ offices.

 

Prosecutors said the defendants maintained a facade of β€œextraordinary revenue growth” through a scheme from 2011 to 2017 in which Outcome overstated its industry connections, billed clients for ads that never ran and inflated revenue.

 

They said this enabled the Chicago-based company to attract investors, such as affiliates of Goldman Sachs Group Inc, Google parent Alphabet Inc and Pritzker Group, and obtain a $5 billion valuation by 2017. Forbes magazine in 2017 estimated Shah’s net worth at $3.6 billion.

 

Former Outcome Chief Financial Officer Brad Purdy and former Executive Vice President Ashik Desai were also charged in the indictment. Each count names one to three defendants, and Desai was named on one count.

 

The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission filed related civil charges against the defendants.

 

William Burck, a lawyer for Shah, said in a statement that his client was being β€œscapegoated” for the wrongdoing of others who cut deals with prosecutors. β€œMr. Shah will plead not guilty to these charges because he is, in fact, not guilty,” Burck said.

 

Christina Egan, a lawyer for Agarwal, said in response to the SEC lawsuit that her client denied the agency’s allegations and would defend herself in court. β€œShradha never committed fraud and never participated in any conspiracy,” Egan said.

 

Purdy’s lawyer had no immediate comment. A lawyer for Desai did not immediate respond to requests for comment.

 

Shah and Agarwal co-founded Outcome at 2006 while attending Northwestern University. Prosecutors said Shah owned an 80% stake, while Agarwal owned 20%.

 

Outcome’s $70 million settlement, most of which has been paid, included a three-year non-prosecution agreement.

 

The company said in May it sold a majority stake to private equity firm Littlejohn & Co as part of a recapitalization.

Rothschild Aided Czech Billionaire In 'Fraud,' Hedge Fund Claims

 

Financial advisor Rothschild & Co. was sued in the U.S. for allegedly helping the Czech property billionaire Radovan Vitek secretly acquire controlling shares in a real-estate development company in what a New York hedge funds says amounted to a $1 billion fraud.

 

Rothschild helped Vitek quietly take control of Luxembourg-based Orco Property Group so the billionaire could strip it of its most valuable assets, according to an amended suit filed Nov. 22 in Manhattan by Kingstown Capital Management LP, which says it held a β€œsubstantial” stake in Orco.

 

Kingstown, which sued in April, said it added Rothschild as a defendant after obtaining details from a 2017 report on the matter by Luxembourg’s financial watchdog, the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier. The regulator investigated Vitek and an alleged co-conspirator, former Orco Chief Executive Officer Jean-FranΓ§ois Ott, from 2012 to 2016, according to the new complaint.

 

β€œRothschild participated in a conspiracy with Vitek by, among other acts, acting as a broker to both Vitek and Vitek’s agents, proxies, and nominees,” Kingstown said in its new complaint. The Luxembourg regulator β€œuncovered evidence of secret meetings and correspondence between Vitek, Ott, and their advisors, in furtherance of their illegal agreement and scheme,” the suit alleges.

 

A message sent to Rothschild’s press office wasn’t immediately returned.

 

A spokesman for the Luxembourg regulator said he is looking into the matter but could not immediately confirm the report.

Vitek has previously denied Kingstown’s claim that he used a web of shell companies and β€œstraw owners,” including Ott, to gain control of Orco and then sell its most valuable assets at β€œdistressed prices” to entities he secretly controlled. Vitek’s company, CPI Property Group SA, which was also named in the suit, has also previously denied the allegations.

 

CPI Chief Financial Officer David Greenbaum said on Monday that the addition of Rothschild as a defendant is an attempt to embellish the original complaint, which the company has moved to dismiss.

 

β€œThe plaintiffs are throwing spaghetti at the wall to see what sticks,” Greenbaum said. They β€œare trying to buy time and attention before our motion is heard,” he said.
