Forced to be loved, through subliminal manipulation, by the 'thank you baker' girls.

Controls what information gets focus.

Picks most of their own articles, posted under their different masks - 'news spammer, et al.', which contain pictures with his subliminal 'satan' picture.

Creating his own entrainment/containment center:

Judicial Watch Finds Millions of ‘Extra’ Registrants on Voting Rolls – Warns Several States to Clean Up Voter Rolls or Face Federal Lawsuit

 

Democrats sure love their dead voters so Judicial Watch is doing the heavy lifting to clean up dirty voter rolls as we head into the 2020 presidential election.

 

Conservative watchdog group Judicial Watch found MILLIONS of extra registrants on voter rolls in 5 states and sent 19 counties notice-of-violation letters warning them to comply with the law and clean voter rolls within 90 days, or face a federal lawsuit.

 

California, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Virginia and Colorado were among the states with voter roll issues.

 

Pennsylvania, North Carolina and Virginia are very important states that are in play in 2020 so it is imperative their voter rolls are purged of ‘extra’ registrants.

 

Via Judicial Watch:

 

Judicial Watch announced today it is continuing its efforts to force states and counties across the nation to comply with the National Voter Registration Act of 1993 (NVRA), by sending notice-of-violation letters to 19 large counties in five states that it intends to sue unless the jurisdictions take steps to comply with the law and remove ineligible voter registrations within 90 days. Section 8 of the National Voter Registration Act requires jurisdictions to take reasonable efforts to remove ineligible registrations from its rolls.

 

Despite successful litigation by Judicial Watch to bring counties and states into compliance with the National Voter Registration Act, voter registration lists across the country remain significantly out of date. According to Judicial Watch’s analysis of data released by the U.S. Election Assistance Commission (EAC) this year, there are 378 counties nationwide that have more voter registrations than citizens living there and old enough to vote, i.e., counties where registration rates exceed 100%. These 378 counties combined had about 2.5 million registrations over the 100%-registered mark, which is a drop of about one million from Judicial Watch’s previous analysis of voter registration data. Although San Diego County removed 500,000 inactive names from voter rolls following Judicial Watch’s settlement with Los Angeles County, San Diego still has a registration rate of 117% and has one of the highest registration rates in the county.

 

“Dirty voting rolls can mean dirty elections and Judicial Watch will insist, in court if necessary, that states follow federal law to clean up their voting rolls,” said Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton. “Previous Judicial Watch lawsuits have already led to major cleanups in California, Kentucky, Indiana, and Ohio – but more needs to be done. It is common sense that voters who die or move away be removed from the voting rolls.”

'He does not need another lawyer': Trey Gowdy won't join Trump's impeachment team

 

Former Republican Rep. Trey Gowdy will not be part of the legal team representing President Trump during his impeachment trial. “The president has good lawyers and more importantly good facts,” Gowdy said in an email to McClatchy. “He does not need another lawyer added to his team. He needs the trial to begin and end.” The former lawmaker was spotted with Trump at the president’s Florida resort, Mar-a-Lago, last weekend, suggesting he could act as an informal adviser to the administration.

 

Gowdy, 55, retired from Congress a year ago after four terms representing the 4th Congressional District of South Carolina. He then rejoined his old white-collar law firm, Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough. There was confusion late last year about whether Gowdy would be joining Trump’s legal team.

 

In October, Trump’s lawyer Jay Sekulow announced Gowdy had joined the team to assist with the response to the House Democrats' impeachment investigation. But a day later, Trump said Gowdy would not be starting for a couple of months. Federal law prevented Gowdy from taking Trump as a client until Jan. 3, 2020. Gowdy would have also had to give up his contributor role with Fox News if he represented Trump. The network briefly ended its relationship with Gowdy for about two months while he was in talks to join Trump’s team. He rejoined the network in December.

SEC Charges Six Individuals in International Microcap Fraud Schemes

 

The Securities and Exchange Commission today charged six individuals and their companies with participating in schemes that allegedly generated more than $35 million of illegal sales of stock in at least 45 microcap companies. The charges contained in two complaints reflect investigations by staff in the SEC’s New York and Boston offices, and assistance from multiple regulators outside the U.S.

 

According to one SEC complaint, Steve M. Bajic, a citizen of Canada and Croatia, and Rajesh Taneja, a Canadian citizen, helped shareholders secretly dump large quantities of microcap stock, coordinating the illegal stock sales with Kenneth Ciapala, a citizen of the U.K. and Switzerland, and Anthony Killarney, a U.K. citizen, and Swiss-based company Blacklight SA. The SEC’s complaint also alleges that Christopher McKnight, a Canadian citizen, and Aaron Wise, a U.S. citizen, fraudulently transferred, and hid the sources of, funds used to promote several of the microcap stocks.

 

A second complaint alleges that Ciapala and Blacklight facilitated the sale of millions of unregistered shares of EMS Find Inc. The Trump administration extended Thursday the tenure of Bureau of Land Management interim head William Perry Pendley, defying environmentalists and progressives who had demanded days earlier his resignation or removal.

“The delegations made by this Order will only be in effect until each vacant non-career position is filled by Senate-confirmed appointees, upon the subsequent designation of acting officials, or a subsequent delegation to alternate officials,” said the two-page order.

 

Mr. Pendley, former president of the conservative Mountain States Legal Foundation in Denver, was appointed to a deputy director post in July and delegated the authority of the BLM director, overseeing the management of 245 million acres of federal land.

 

Erik Molvar, executive director of the Western Watersheds Project, said the BLM needs a director “who will represent the public interest and be a good steward of public lands, rather than representing the tiny sliver of westerners who profit from commercial activity on public lands.”

GOP senator will introduce measure to dismiss impeachment article

 

A Republican senator announced he’ll introduce a measure to dismiss “this bogus impeachment” of President Trump. Sen. Josh Hawley of Missouri criticized House Democrats for voting to impeach Trump last month but then failing to send the two impeachment articles to the Senate. “Now they don’t want to have a trial, because they have no evidence,” Hawley tweeted. “In real world, if prosecution doesn’t proceed with case, it gets dismissed. So on Monday, I will introduce measure to dismiss this bogus impeachment for lack of prosecution.”

 

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, a California Democrat, said she is withholding the articles from the Senate until Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, a Kentucky Republican, agrees to hear testimony from a list of Trump administration officials named by Democrats. McConnell wants the Senate to follow the rules agreed to during the 1999 impeachment trial of President Bill Clinton. Senators back then agreed unanimously to hear from the prosecutors and the defense and to consider witness testimony later on.

 

Democrats have rejected that proposal and have argued the Senate must hear testimony from Michael Duffey, the associate director of national security programs at the Office of Management and Budget, among others. Duffy, according to unredacted emails viewed by liberal organization Just Security, told the Pentagon on Aug. 30 the delay in security aid to Ukraine was a “clear direction” from Trump.

 

But Hawley and other Republicans believe House Democrats are looking for a way to extend the investigation into the president beyond the House impeachment proceedings, which ended with Democrats passing impeachment articles accusing Trump of abuse of power and obstruction of Congress. Hawley said his measure to dismiss the charges “will expose Dems’ circus for what it is: a fake impeachment, abuse of the Constitution, based on no evidence.” Hawley tweeted: “If Dems won’t proceed with trial, bogus articles should be dismissed and @realDonaldTrump fully cleared.” The Senate reconvenes on Friday.

In 2009, Gitenstein was about to be nominated as head of Justice Department’s Office of Legal Policy, but was rejected because of his lobbying background and was named instead Ambassador to Romania.

Let’s review. Since 2016, the special counsel’s investigation and two Senate Intelligence Committee reports have spelled out in great detail that Russian disinformation warfare against the 2016 election was extraordinarily concerted, insidious, broad in scope and deliberately crafted to divide the country along racial and social lines. Numerous top intelligence officials have warned that Russia and other outside actors will strike again.

 

The entire Ukraine scandal, for which Trump has been impeached, is largely about disinformation. Trump extorted Ukraine to get it to announce public statements that would smear Biden with disinformation and help validate conspiracy theories that Ukraine, not Russia, interfered in 2016.

 

In effect, Trump was trying to pressure a foreign power to help manufacture more disinformation to help mislead U.S. voters about a domestic political opponent and absolve Russia of its original disinformation warfare campaign against this country.

 

Trump has retweeted accounts from the far-right conspiracy theorist QAnon. What’s more, Trump and his prominent supporters have played an active role in spreading disinformation against Democrats. After a conspiracy theory falsely connected former presidential candidate Beto O’Rourke to the recent Texas mass murderer, shadowy but prominent Trump allies amplified the claim.

 

Trump himself recently retweeted a tweet from one of his favorite conspiracy theorists — whose work he has promoted in the past — that falsely created the impression that Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-Minn.) partied on the anniversary of 9/11. And remember that distorted video of Nancy Pelosi slowed down to make her look drunk?

 

All this is a sign of what the Democratic nominee could face. It’s no wonder that some Democrats are worried we might even see “deepfake” media manipulations. Imagine such ultra-sophisticated video distortions of Biden’s rambles, retweeted by Trump, and perhaps even by reporters.

 

Trump views disinformation not as a scourge to be combated in the name of protecting our democracy, but as an ally. In this particular case, Trump has not retweeted the video of Biden — yet. But let’s try to learn from this.

 

At this point, no good-faith actors can pretend there is any excuse for playing any role, even an unwitting one, in making this problem worse.

In May 2012, when Victor Ponta’s USL party came to power, the governance plan included “the immediate enforcement of a moratorium on shale gas drilling until European studies on the environmental impact of hydraulic fracturing are finished.”

The newly-appointed Prime Minister Ponta even received the “Promising Young Environmentalist Prize” from Green NGOs in June 2012 and gave a speech promising to reverse the previous government’s policies on environment.

However, Ponta’s position on shale gas was about to change by 180 degrees.

 

In July 2012, Ponta assigned U.S. General Wesley Clark (retired) as “special adviser on security and economic strategy matters”. According to statements by the Prime Minister, he and Clark were introduced in Vienna by a common friend and Clark volunteered to become a “non-paid consultant”.

Wesley Clark is a director of the U.S. energy company BNK Petroleum that has over one million acres of concessions for shale gas in Poland and is expanding its operations across Europe. “I know that shale gas has an extraordinary future in Romania,” Clark said in an interview for Romanian newspaper Adevărul. The Government did not respond to several requests for more information about Mr. Clark’s activities.

 

In December 2012, USL won the parliamentary elections with 60 per cent of the votes, and Ponta —who only a year earlier sought to ban fracking— dropped the moratorium and issued a new Government programme, that mentioned as a priority “the start of exploring for shale gas reserves”.

 

the actual gas belongs to the company, who can sell it wherever it wants, on the international market. It only has to pay between 3.5 and 13% of the money equivalent of what it extracts to the Government. The local communities get nothing.

Romania is roughly twice the size and population of Pennsylvania and has some of the richest mineral resources in Europe, according to Ștefan Marincea, the Director of the Romanian Geological Institute.

But the royalties that the Government collected in 2012 totaled only $446 million, less than a third of what Pennsylvanian farmers got for the trouble in their backyard.

The energy companies must pay between 3.5 and 13% of the value of the gas they extract, depending on the output, plus a 16% income tax. It adds up to 19.5 − 29% from the revenue.

In the U.S., companies must pay between 47.5 and 65%, plus initial bonuses for the landowners. In Norway it’s 78%.

FBI must and probably does look at a post as belong to a person and not to a page. The disclaimer tells them to do this.
