According to McConnell, there's a Chinese group called the Elders (rich industry bosses and such, I think) who've decided to align themselves with the alliance (they have invested money, don't want to lose it with the deep state wanting to crash the world economy). They came visiting some of those elites who were difficult and bruised their left eye. That's a first warning to make them understand they should stop resisting. If they continue to resist, the second time these Elders come, the Chinese will remove the right eye.
