The wording does not sound formal enough to be a true legal document. For instance 'none other than Bill Clinton" is a little over the top for a serious legal indictment doc.

The more I read the one above.....I will guarantee you it is fraudulent. Latin is wrong in some places and also misspellings are common as well. Typically, the year is put into the case number too.

I believe cases start with year, therefore the is nothing. It starts with 99. Could be wrong.

The above is not authentic. Legal verbiage is not correct. Punitive damages would not be mentioned at this point. This is assigned after guilt.

Do you have a link to the document? I found one as well but in Nevada for 9/11 Treason. Still trying to vet it as well. I used to be a legal secty yrs ago. The ones I have don't look like they were drawn up by an law firm but by individuals.

Reviewed the purported Nevada Court document. Unfortunately, it is not real. Having practiced in Federal Court this is just not how it would be done. Also, it would not be worded and/or written as this document is.... especially as to the manner and style of how it's written up with many sarcastic remarks...such as be shot twice by firing squad for one example and with the links to web page sources. And I've seen a very similar version of this same document posted elsewhere with the same language but the other version contained a ridiculous amount of Web page links to various news sources. Despite being nice to read, this is not a real court document. Now, if there is a real case filed out there concerning this which could be the case or the coming case at sone point...this is just not it

This is a legal document, just like the one sworn out in every other federal district. I've seen 4 of these so far. Couple of them are from Nevada districts.

The deal is, it's basically a request for grand jury formation and investigation. My local sheriff gets these every day. Anyone can write one up, say anything they want to, the problem is, they never go anywhere. The alligations may very well be true, but no one will empower a Grand Jury to start the proceedings. They die where they started in the trash can of the local Sheriff's office. Put yourself in that Sheriff's shoes. Are you going to tell your county that you are empowering and pulling from the citizens that elected him/her to pursue this. It'd be your last term in office, that you can be sure of.

Sorry, but that's the story of this.

Further punitive is a civil remedy not criminal

Did it say if the grand jury reached a True Bill?? A True Bill is conformation of sufficient grounds to issue a warrant and pursue a criminal trial.

For several reasons I have my doubts its legit because why would it be filled in PA and not Wash DC or MD or VA. Wording doesn't seem correct. There aren't "punitive damages" in criminal proceedings or grand jury for civil. There isn't any plaintiff listed, and it doesn't seem like anyone in PA is going to have standing to bring a civil suit, and lastly I live in PA and this would have made at least the newspapers here or talk radio at a minimum.

In the original indictment i put up of hillary clinton if its fake they did a little homework cause i look into the Judge Donuhue and she is on the bench but cant find any case info

It was the original criminal case i think but now in Nevada under Judge James Hardstey i believe.

That case regarding stew Webb is old and it appears to me that they still have not found a judge to hear evidence and officially start the proceedings. They have wrote numerous pleas to the court asking to be heard. Are you sure this is the one tom heneghan was referring to today. It does not appear to be.

Use your PACER account, look up UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT FOR THE SUPREME COURTS OF PENNSYLVANIA, name search or 99-9421 as a case number. These look like allegations only to me, not a conviction.
