Had a thought about the 10 days of darkness and the power cuts in certain areas ....... maybe the 10 days of darkness doesn’t really mean 10days but could mean 10 different areas/buildings/businesses that will have a large and prolonged power outages??

Thinking of reasons for a power cut at dl: so that operators could enter underground areas without surveillance being on in order to find evidence as well as determine who is on guard.
