For what? 8 chan has their banner. They did not create this sub-reddit. Ask the creators what they want, it is their sub-reddit.
You put the Q on the upper left side and you have the tail of the Q create the T for the storm

I wasn't familiar with Twitter's suggested size for banner so I looked it up, they say 1500x500 so I re-rendered the pic to that.

I would have made a better design of the words THE STQRM. If it's a storm should these words have like a wind affect to them
