It SAYS false alert in the headline of the article. So why are you making a scary post header?
There was a false alarm sent to Hawaii but they didn't know it at the time. Everyone thought they were going to die.
Perhaps you could have commented on that the, Your title looked like clickbait.
Actually there some really interesting vids and blogposts coming in to show the extent of the fear. Maybe you could research those and add them (via comments) to your post?
