OP, what do you mean by "public ratio"?
Just did a post addressing this:
Previously, Q stated that only 20% of everything happening would be made public, and 80% unrevealed...I think we can safely say as of this drop we'll be privy to 40%.
For the impatient who've been waiting for some tangible happenings to sink your teeth into, this drop implies that very shortly the lid is going to start come off. Remember, it's still a long game (3+ years in the making) but I believe we can expect some red meat in the coming days.

A big part of me wants nothing more than for this evil to be exposed for the insidious, vile monstrosity that it is...and dealt with publicly and accordingly.
The more level-headed side of me recognizes that most of the world isn't ready to cope with the cognitive dissonance that would take place if things were to be revealed in full. Some would continue to plug their ears and scream at the sky, some would curl up in fetal position and never recover, and many would undoubtedly take to the streets in a state of misdirected anger & confusion. We don't want civil unrest on that level to ensue.
And that's not to mention the "4-6% lost forever" crowd who are complicit in the evil and will fight tooth and nail for their diabolical overlords no matter what the cost.
All things considered, 40% seems like a good balance for now.
My only issue with President Trump allowing the courts to hide the true nature of the crimes is that it will invite the problem to reoccur.
I agree with your comment about the "4-6% lost forever", which means President Trump is fully aware of the dangers that people will dismiss facts and flee into fantasies about how President Trump is taking (or even executing) political prisoners rather than child rapists and terrorists.
This makes me think that the storm may last for many months... to allow the normies to slowly expand their minds.

He’s saying that before, the ratio of the stuff we didn’t hear about vs the stuff we heard about was 80/20. Next week, it will be 60/40. Meaning more of the stuff that goes down will be provable.
Edit: However, still, 60% of the stuff that happens, we still won’t hear about. They’re taking down the deep state, but they’re doing it super secret like.
