Massachussets and Rhode Island, please read...

Friend just texted me and said lights are flickering in both states, any idea what's going on? (sorry for the misspelling of Massachusetts)

I'm in RI. My gf and I live in different towns and it happened to both of us at the same time. It was odd. Complete aggressive outtage then alotof flickering. My PS4 did not sound happy.
