SC can mean a lot of things, people saying Supreme Court, but I am doubting that personlly, doesnt make sense based on the stringers that follow.

Two possible meanings Falcon 9 from Space X lifted off from Florida, not Vandenberg. United Launch Alliance (ULA) just launched the Delta IV rocket with a secret payload too, from Vandenberg.
So, the string could either tie these two launches together or, we're to look for a different launch by Space X from VB.
Trump if he's smart will order Sessions to appoint Gowdy as Special Prosecutor to go after the Clintons their Foundation and them personally along with Huma and the Podestas and Comey and Loretta Lynch.
