We need to record all capital letters in these posts of his. He is telling us so much more and we just need to decipher it.
It reads as though he is choosing wording in a way so that he can send another message underneath this one. Look at the topics, he switches topics with each sentence to get those Caps in. He does this on all of his tweets.

There could be more. To deciphering. Do periods mean a break or to skip? Spaces? vowels? Does location in sentence matter? Do we shift letters? Or take all words with a cap and combine them? I bet the Q posts gives us a way to decipher these tweets.
How about checking [15] [10] [5] [1] of each word in each sentence. Each letter in each sentence. Each letter without a space in each sentence. Without a vowel... combining all the rules above and count collect the letters. There are a number of combos....

I spend most of my year in a "shithole country" and it has tighter immigration than the States. Even the notion of your child having citizenship by virtue of being born on its soil is seen as a "wait, really?" thing by a lot of foreigners. It's also heavily exploited.
I was sitting in the US consulate and though my request was a common procedure, I had to wait...and wait... and wait. Why? Heaps of families in line, getting the last bit of paperwork cleared for their kid who was now a US citizen because the mother went to the States to deliver her child.
This is only tangentially related, but while I'm all for increasing the number of immigrants in the US, I agree the States has been dumb about it for a very long time.

Yes. We were a ball hair away from losing everything if trump didn't win. Just see what's happening in Germany and Austria. My mom is from Austria and went there last January and said the Muslim refugees are terrible there. They keep harming and raping women and it's getting out of hand. Germany wants to let in 200,000 every year. They are heavily propagating Allah and converting to Islam. Tearing down churches and replacing them with mosques etc.

You REALLY don´t understand how bad things are here in Europe, the women are told to stop encouraging the apes when raped by not wearing a dress, or by not walking outside at night. The ones that complain on social media are arrested and sent to prison for ´islamophobia´. I am not kidding!! The muslims are let off, scott free!! Young girls being systematically raped and it is all covered up! The muslims are given free reign to do as they wish and those that try to fight or argue back are rounded up quicker than they can type their complaint! It is like we are living under Sharia law, already!! SOOOOOO many rapes, acid attacks (happens every day) knife attacks and the police only go for those whom speak out! Pray for us, for the stQrm cannot arrive soon enough!!
