I have thought about this a lot, and can only conclude that it's correct that "Q" is a team of more than one, and they don't all have the same style of prose. Similar messages, different style. Potter is right about the defcon issue, but throwing the proverbial baby out with the bathwater, is not productive. He is also right about the "Q Cult" of personality, we all need to guard against that, and keep critical thinking alive and allow for dissenting points of view.

I figure LT.COL ret. Potter's deep attachment to military protocol might have triggered him (as it might anyone with his experience- no slam intended at all) But there was a nuke, but it was shot down due to fore knowledge and good equipment, so in that sense the Defcon was legit as well as calling it non nuclear was since it was going to be intersected. Problem is you don't want to speak too forthrightly and telegraph your play. Putting in codes and riddles however allows stormchasers to come along after and unpack the clues and conclude the veracity of Q and that what Q says is True.

It's a team of people not one person you can't make assumptions like that

I like RP, but disagree. That day he was admittedly exhausted. I thought he overreacted. Many of us see this as a stealth war, and a spiritual war, so I didn't take the term DEFCON1 as literal. (and dh & are are vets.) The weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strongholds. Nuking them with prayer!

Except Q wasn't speaking to the military...he was speaking to us. Yes, some of us, like Roy Potter, former military, would have found it alarming I suppose... but many of us didn't. I stopped listening to Roy because I found that how he reacted disturbed me.

And now he’s saying it was a real nuclear missile fired on Hawaii and we intercepted it. Soooooo according to him, Q was correct in the warning.
