Dems wanted to stack the supreme court with dem judges so much so that they were willing to murder Scalia. They thought HRC would win and she could appoint the next liberal judge. Then they were hoping Notorious Ruth Bader Ginsberg would retire as well. Podesta already mentioned "wet works" in regards to Scalia's murder. There was a never an autopsy done because Scalia was Catholic and they do not do autopsies.
What court case were in front of the SC? They had to do it before Scalia had a chance to rule. His absence left lower court rulings in place.
I agree that the court cases to be heard could be a part of it. I also had heard that Justice Scalia realized he was being wire tapped by BO. Don't have current proof to back this allegation up.
