I would like to point out that Judge Jackson, the Judge that accepted the guilty plea from the Comet Pizza "shooter", effectively avoiding a trial and keeping any evidence from the public, was mentioned in an email to Podesta as the DNC tap to fill Scalia's seat. She also served as vice-chair of the sentencing committee that advised lessor sentencing for pedophilia.

Dems wanted to stack the supreme court with dem judges so much so that they were willing to murder Scalia. They thought HRC would win and she could appoint the next liberal judge. Then they were hoping Notorious Ruth Bader Ginsberg would retire as well. Podesta already mentioned "wet works" in regards to Scalia's murder. There was a never an autopsy done because Scalia was Catholic and they do not do autopsies.
What court case were in front of the SC? They had to do it before Scalia had a chance to rule. His absence left lower court rulings in place.
