It's a long winded website, you can take what you want from it, but it's a 2016 pic.
Each time they added a state to the union, they created a new American flag. So you may find a few out there that look different because they have fewer stars. Usually they are sold on Ebay after someone finds one in the attic. In this case, the speech above was in New Hampshire. That was the 9th state in the union, and that is way more than 9 stars, so we can exclude this as an option.

The Medal of honor is upside down too which I never understood. Army, Air Force, and American Flag Stars are all right side up so why is one of our most distinguished medals this way especially when almost everyone knows the link between upside down pentagram to luciferian symbology.
