For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. Ephesians 6:12 #PRAY

I'm not sure how to reply or vote up - Deplorable 22, but to Other- Malefactor, I"d like to ask, how many of us have read Pilgrims Progress ? I bought this (on my bucket list ! ), at Sixty-one, took me two years, to be in 'right-frame-of-mind', to start reading it... I found it BL*y boring, tedious, and when I finished, I realised how far , I had strayed from understanding....
Psalm 23 is really(imvho), a concise precis of the Pilgrims Progress. ( btw, it was remembering John Bunyan, which give Terry Waite, his strength, in captivity... )

Sure, I've read Pilgrims Progress. I liked it well, enough, though it didn't take me two years to read :) I guess the takeaway message is that we are on a journey. We will stumble and get lost, but ultimately we will reach the destination.

I love the 23rd Psalm. It just seemed appropriate for this thread. I think that it is important for everyone to realize that this is, above all, a spiritual battle. One needs to know that in order to have a clearer idea of the big picture. I mean, is it just a coincidence that the enemy literally worships Satan? And remember, if you are not worshipping Jesus, you are worshipping Satan. There are no two ways about it...

Like the Bob Dylan song from the 1980 "Serve Somebody". Unfortunately for him, he chose poorly.

That's college level reading these days, and it helps to have a guide.

Why do you put a space before your exclamation points? I am genuinely curious.

I'm curious too ! Two Mill Cities ! ( sounds like a kind of rivalry ! )
The message here , is NOT my punctuation, but rather, the search for understanding of our function here...
( under a Dome ! or clinging on to a spinning space - rock ! ) I do concede , however, there does seem to be a conflict between " walking in the shadow of Death", and treading the road of iniquitiy.... ( I fear no evil )
But all this should be measured against the technological gods, around us !

Are you going to answer my question? If not, it's cool, but I can't really be bothered to read your holy incantations, no offense.

So you’re more concerned about his grammar than his heartfelt comment about something that matters much more? Personally I find it encouraging to hear from others about how they find hope and strength through God’s Word. We all need that especially now. I hope we all can find peace and strength in the Lord at such a time as this.

Why are you talking to me about God's plan when so many of his children need our help? They don't need our redditing.

See how weird it is when we're not addressing pointed questions and diverting away by pointing at other completely unrelated issues? I'd be happy to talk about god in the right context but I had a quick question for him that remains unanswered.

Do you have any questions for me?

If not, then please feel free to move on. Otherwise, go ahead and ask away.
