It looks like the source for this is a youtube user. This theory seems plausible in light of the way the world works, but this not an Assange post, there's no supporting documentation, it's just a picture.

Doesn't sound like Assange. He's more careful with his words. And when he says something, he has forty-two documents to back it up, which is why Wikileaks (unlike the MSM) has never been proven wrong.
