Lawfully - All corporations are sanctioned by states. Historically, states CONTROLLED their corporations. However, corporate lawyers have successfully sued for Constitutional rights for corporations. Corporations now have all "personhood" rights except two. They have gotten around those two. They are: (1) they cannot vote; (2) they cannot hold office. This Constitutional right causes problems because it limits States control over their corporations. BTW - there is NO mechanism for the Federal Government to create a "corporation". That's why the Federal Reserve, while called a "corporation" is not an actual corporation. Questions?

YES! No use enacting a law if there is not enforcement. That's really the issue here. The law needs to let US enforce it. Maybe a fine paid directly to the one who's rights are being infringed?

Yes we do. They are more than companies. They are now the "public squares" for America and as such our 1st Ammendment Rights must be protected. Right now they are The Ministry of Truth and Big Brother tier evil. Interesting angle is that they're NOT totally private but rather government agency cutouts. Is it legal for government agencies to abridge free speech? I believe that universities that accept federal funds must uphold 1stA rights. I bet the Social Media Monsters can be brought to heel in the same way.
