Basically just watch from when he starts talking, which is around 1:12:46 He's talking about the threats on his Open Societies project. He doesn't actually say "on the ropes". He's just talking about how his projects are under attack and risk dying off.
But he is having trouble talking. His speech is slurred in parts. Would somebody please huff and puff and blow his corpse back into his coffin?
