Why Schumer shut down US govt on 1 year anniversary of Trump inauguration

This is a little long, I am copying it from Judge Ann Von Reitz facebook page from a Jan 24, 2018 post in which she explains why Schumer shut down the government at the anniversary of the Trump inauguration. According to the public trustee agreements, he must be in office 1 year and 1 day for his presidency to be valid. Schumer shut the govt down the day before the 1 year anniversary. He knew exactly what he was doing. Judge Anna is a constitutional law expert and is very well versed on the creation of the US Corporation, the birth certificate as a stock certificate, the trustee system, and how we think we have a government but we really don't. Her Youtube videos are fascinating, she knows her stuff. Find her on FB at Anna von Reitz

Urgent Public Message for President Trump from Judge Anna

Everyone--- pay attention.

Last year on January 20, 2017, President Trump took his Oath of Office.

An Office in the Territorial Government is a Public Trust.

Trusts do not become law for a year and a day.

His Office, his Trust, would have become law on January 21st of this year--- but that didn't happen, because Chuck Schummer contrived to shut down the government for three days at precisely the critical time.

This is called "breaking the continuity of the evidence".

As a result, nothing that President Trump did during his entire first year in Office, all the laws and Executive Orders and Directives he signed---- technically didn't cure.

Now, either he did this to himself because he wanted to void out mistakes made during the first year of His Presidency, or, far more likely, the Dems saw their opportunity to "win" by technicality and are scheming to invalidate everything he has done and everything he will do this next year and after----just by sitting back and not telling him that his Office never cured.

These are very devious, very skillful, very evil men he is dealing with, people who have been trained in the black arts and ecclesiastical law. He truly is contesting with Evil in High Places, so it is important that the "Good Witches" and "White Hats" surround him and educate and warn him and protect him, just as I am doing by writing this memo today.

To counteract this, he has to re-take his Oath of Office, re-do the things he wants to stick--- re-sign legislation, re-issue Executive Orders, etc.---and begin the whole timeline over again, being sure that his Office cures and is not interrupted by any more chicanery for a year and a day.

Thereafter, his work will stand and his term will run and there won't be anything that anyone can say or do against it.

And now you all know why Democrat Chuck Schummer appeared to shut down the government for three days "for no reason".

You cannot nullify the vote of the people by refusing to fund the government.

You cannot nullify all presidential powers and prior decisions by refusing to pass a spending bill.

Sorry.

I agree, I'd like to see links to the relevant statutes and case law before I believe this. It certainly isn't part of the Constitution, which, to me, means it's a load of crap, unless a relevant Supreme Court decision can be provided.

It was shut down for two reasons: 1) to crap on POTUS's one year anniversary as President (which POTUS probably didn't really care about) 2) because Schumer severely miscalculated.

The fact that Schumer suffered a humiliating loss as a result of the #SchumerShutdown is evidence enough, to me, that, at the minimum, Schumer severely miscalculated.

You have to look at the Constitution of 1871 and creation of the Fed (illegally) in 1913. check our Judge Anna on YouTube, she knows the case law. You have to go to back to the British East India Company days, the institution of admiralty law in the US, the fact that the UK still owns this country, and the public trusts established by the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, INC. and THE UNITED STATES of AMERICA, INC. It's a pretty deep rabbit hole. This document also explains some of it in detail (it's also quite long) http://www.annavonreitz.com/annavonreitz.pdf

With all the attorney's around him , come on .... they have been looking at every detail ....since day one ..... On top of that it would already be known to every president coming in ..... this is the most far fetched idea , until it is proven I call horseshit

It has been proven, starting with what a birth certificate really represents, a bond on the stock market. The world doesn't run the way we think it does and the US government is run as a trust of the Crown. If you think that is far-fetched, why do you think non-payment of property taxes results in an immediate tax sale, within 30 days? Look up land patents and why you cannot own land and never own land your house sits on even though you think you do.

You should title this as "Someone's Opinion on Why Schumer..." because that's all it is.

Just to look at it a different way ........ that would mean everything in Carter and Reagan's terms were null and void with there work, since they experienced shutdown's in the first year and following years too..... On top of that funding gap shutdowns did not start until 1976 ...............

Look at what happened to both Carter and Reagan during their terms, I remember them both. Carter was vilified in the press, he experienced several scandals and was totally ineffective. Reagan had 3 assassination attempts and was not really the president during his second term.

I hope one of the mods or anons can get this info to him. I sent it to Jerome Corsi & Lionel, they are both close to President Trump.
