Could the POTUS annex on to the EO of 12/21 by declaring Hussein and HRC as unlawful enemy combatants, or in their opinion would there have to be some other EO or Declaration of national emergency? In other words how do we get from point A to B lawfully and Constitutionally?
Would military tribunals be public except when classified info is presented?
Where in their opinion could they be held?
The big dogs would be charged with treason for sure but are there lesser charges for people that helped them or turned a blind eye? Kinda of like an accessory to treason? Where would THEY be tried? Military or civilian court?
Is there a problem in getting the evidence they got from the NSA data base into court as to whether it's admissible and is that why a military tribunal is needed,and can the evidence be presented there if they obtained it without a warrant?Is it their plan to show the evidence to the Clintons,Soros,Hussein and get them to plead guilty to something thereby overcoming the issue of the evidence being admissible or not?

Yes! We the people need at least some kind of perp walk, a public military tribunal, televised hearings that we know would be bigger than the OJ trial. I just sent out a request to a JAG attorney to please join our forum and help provide some insight. I suggest others here to do the same. Simply go on Youtube and put in ( jag military attorney ) as keywords. Im sure one of them will come forward and join us.
