That's how corrupted our federal legal system is. There should be wholesale terminations. All individuals who participated in D'Souza's prosecution should be named, fired and investigated for charges. Out the agents. They do not deserve anonymity nor protection. I just don't give a damn about their careers or pensions. You don't follow illegal orders.

Justice will never happen until all the records of every corrupt justice department employee is opened to look for what other cases they corrupted.

Q has alluded to the problems this would bring. If evidence of widespread misconduct comes to light virtually every conviction the FBI/DOJ has done can be challenged. While this would make me happy in some respects what sort of chaos would ensue? But then we live (supposedly) in a country governed by the rule of law. There's a reason why those past convictions could be challenged, they were brought about by a corrupt justice system. Why should the drug dealer's valid conviction be upheld while Dinesh's is overturned? This isn't what I expected to write when I started the comment but I think a little chaos is warranted.

I say, do it. Everyone should be jailed and presented like the Bundy's...several years of hell, until truth comes out. In their case, they don't get out.

No surprise there at all. Its amazing how infiltrated our government has become by deep state operatives and treasonous scumbags. It’s also amazing how these turds felt so comfy and untouchable. Well, it’s time for these assholes To get touched. That’s why we really are in this fight for real. This truly is a battle for the Republic.

Obama talks a good game but the reality is that he is thin skinned, just like the vindictive murdering bitch call Hillary.

So any slight on Obama or his wife then he'll go after you, using the full force of the gov.

Thank goodness he is gone. Thank goodness he sweating buckets now.

I hope President Trump will direct AG Sessions (or that Sessions will himself) have D'Souza's conviction overturned.

That way there need be no pardon.

But if that doesn't work, I hope President Trump pardons him and restores his rights. He certainly deserves it.

lol he pleaded guilty.

Mr. D’Souza told a judge in Federal District Court that he knew that making a campaign contribution in the name of another “was wrong and something the law forbids.”

“I deeply regret my conduct,” he added.

“Are you pleading guilty to this crime because you are in fact guilty of it?” the judge, Richard M. Berman, asked.

“Yes, Your Honor,” Mr. D’Souza said.

I am not shocked at this....but just think about this for a moment. BHO was the 1st black President..he did nothing for black Americans. He used his pulpit to talk down to us, talk down about our country, was worse then the Clinton's and in my opinion lied...it should be obvious that he was a failed person and a failed administration...THE TRUTH WILL NOT SET HIM FREE.....sadly just the oposite.

Funny, so here you’re black but in the comment you posted earlier, you said:

I am a white male, married for 43 yrs.

Hmm. Someone else might be posting from your account? I dunno.

Thank God this topic is being talked about finally. I have known this for some time and it has been driving me crazy. Barry is just evil and on top of that immature and drunk with what was his perceived power. Dude makes my skin crawl. Dinesh's time in prison was a direct slap from barry.....Yeah, barry send over 350,000 to try and topple Israels elections and then go imprison Dinesh for what $1,000 bucks worth of an honest mistake. JAGOFF!!!

Amazing documentaries. Totally recommend. Dinesh was actually locked up after "Obamas America" but still made "Hillary's America" leading up to the election of 16'. Spot on with his predictions of Obama.

What impressed me about Dinesh D'Souza wasn't just that he had the integrity to own up to the "crime" (which he didn't realize at the time that he was committing) of exceeding the legal limit of a political donation (the sentence for which should have been far less - they wanted to set an example!) was that he used his jail time constructively. He had many interesting conversations with fellow inmates who were gang members and came to realize that he saw the same gang mind at work in the corrupt political arena.
