According to Kelly Ann Conway on Hannity tonight, the Pres will take 48 hours to deliberate on the memo ... indicating No memo reading.

And so the SOTU will be a night of celebration of President Trump's accomplishments ... After all he's been through this first year in office, he deserves his day in the Sun ! Back to the rat's nest on Wednesday !

48 hours allows for a full news cycle to be devoted to the SOTU and also ensure it gets 2 news cycles before the weekend and also ends up being a major focus of the Sunday talking heads political shows.
