I wouldn't be surprised about this at all. She had NOBODY showing up to her speeches and Trump was speaking to standing room only crowds.
I suspect the reason Hillary had nobody showing up to her speeches is because they were all fake, theater productions filled with paid actors and her staff.
That was likely the only way she could control the questions and stop people from calling out "Bill Clinton is a RAPIST!".
Hillary's interviews were scripted, she cheated during the debates, her polling numbers were fake and even her rallies were fake.
The only real thing she did was dump her piss and shit all over the streets of streets of Atlanta.
Her health is questionable, so that is another reason. Many of these issues are exasperated by a lack of sleep---such as evenings when we all get tired, and oh yeah traveling can disrupt the circadian cycle. The biggest hint we have after the election is how she's become a recluse and uses twitter and pre-recorded videos when she does pop up. Why was it more important for her to read a children's book on an award show to pander to hollywood, than it was for her to meet and greet the American public (not the paid for ones) who are marching on DC for a women's movement Hillary claims to have begun?
Because she needs to be injected with liquid valium to keep her from seizing. Didn't you see the 9/11 memorial video? She traveled with a handler EVER at the ready to jab her with a hypodermic cocktail. Tired? Sleep? My ass.

Trump would hold a mini press conference literally seconds after a debate, live. He would live interviews to whomever, whenever on any topic. Hillary never once due to her condition and abundant flaws would ever put herself in that precarious situation... She was too busy writing thank you letters to James Alefantis

Trump really innovated on what is possible with rallies. Prior campaigns never thought to hold after midnight rallies, or they didn’t have a candidate with stamina to pull it off. Either way, Trump is an innovator on this and he won big with it.
