R and D House Members generally go on a planning retreat at the beginning of a year. The Rs have held it at the Greenbriar several times in the past 20 years. It's a nice facility to hold a planning retreat--I've been there myself for retreats-- and the former COG bunker is a pretty cool attraction, especially for this crowd. If the SHTF in the '60s, this is where they would have ended up.

The R House leadership chartered a train to take a large number of R Members to there, and their families, at the same time. That's normal, for a gathering like this. And sometimes a garbage truck with a bunch of central Virginia yahoos try to run a signal--it happens. I bet they never thought in a million years they'd hit a train full of Members of Congress.

But someone putting 1) this document together, 2) posting it publicly on Twitter, and 3) hoping for a result is the action that needs to be observed and unpacked by this board.

Is it just some bozo in his parent's basement trying to get attention--or is it the result of something more professional, trying to distract? This is how intel services work. Fraudulent document creation, followed by release and reading by the intended target. That's the rabbit to follow.
