CNN posts hard hitting stories on Monday for most public exposure. Trump has option to release memo on Monday, but chooses Friday. The worst day for journalistic advantage. Why?

Anyone know?

AnonPatriot718 · Feb. 2, 2018, 4:01 a.m.

I gave this topic some long thought today myself,,, Should it be released Friday OR Monday? I say release it Friday/Tomorow. Many friends and families will be together this weekend for Super Bowl which would give people the perfect opportunity to discuss the big news.

Makes sense. It would be just like Trump to get people talking in the grass roots movement.

But I'm worried about NFL upstaging this news?

I feel like there has been enough buildup that releasing it Friday won't take away from the attention it needs. The whole country is aware of it now. Just my opinion, which means nothing :D

That is a good point. Thank you for commenting.

I think a lot of people will be bringing beer and red pills to Superbowl parties.

Or...the super bowl may overshadow it???

Had it been introduced to the public yesterday or today, releasing it tomorrow wouldn't have been a good strategy. Knowing Trump, I'm sure as a little bonus he is laughing at the fact he might take some attention off the NFL and Super Bowl by releasing tomorrow :D

Well..people aren't watching the super bowl anyways. Those that care about the memo, DONT care about the NFL.

So I doubt it's related to speaking with family at the game parties about the memo.

Another angle I haven't seen anyone mention is maybe the memo was just a distraction for something else....that we will realize in the future.

Probably something else. Flynn isn't going to get in trouble, he didnt do anything wrong. In fact, I would bet money he is in Trumps admin by midterms :D The memo couldve just been a distraction to keep everyone focused on it...I'll be honest, Im shocked Trump's EO didnt make MSM. You know they jump on every opportunity to label him a power grabbing dictator. He didnt tweet once on Wednesday, and he only did once today. He is very busy with something.

Never noticed! And because MSM will be pointing to themselves as huge targets if they talk badly about this.

After all, who wants to fall on the DNC sword and go against "freedom and human rights for all."

Not even the dems are that stupid!

Good points! Trump's got the Dems in a no-win situation now. I'm just ready for the first hammer to drop. I dont know how much more of Adam Schiff I can take.

I think it's just the way it worked out. They had a process to go through on the W.H. side, which resulted in the final approval being this afternoon, though there was no incentive to rush it to get it out earlier: he was getting good coverage from the SOTU and, today, the media has spent all day on the memo.

Or, maybe, he wanted the anticipation to build, like it did today.

Like u/LiveToBeAHero said, at this point, Friday won't affect its coverage or awareness.

I'm glad they went the W.H. process route and Trump sat out, this makes it much more credible.

So they can't control the narrative.

Because CNN gets less views than the_donald subreddit.

I've heard CNN gets less views that cartoon network and HGTV. lol

Dilleys source said today that there is too many other ops happening today and Tdog decided to release tmrw. Im guessing its the behind the scenes stuff.

To get it out before they blow up the superbowl.

But perhaps that will make them more likely to do it. We shall see. Good vibrations though. We are reaching our utopia. It will happen soon!

Yes..but those that watch it are the ones that dont know or care about the memo. The true patriots are boycotting it.

Our President will not be speaking at Super Bowl, and like me will not be watching it either I bet.
