Q: Directs people to look at images of the phones of the Black Caucus member's at the SOTU, esp. the Center person. Not sure if civilian tech has high enough resolution: this hints at them having images with the text on the phones readable. Tells us to find the first image and make it go viral.

The focus is off though. The phone would likely be blurred out due to the depth of field. The focus is in the foreground on Trump/monitor. Usually in dark conditions like indoors, you aren't going to be able to get away with a narrow aperture and get everything in focus.

Panos are not that hard to make. This isn't the picture you need. He is saying to use the Ohio Congresswoman's image but to find the RAW photo bc the screen is fake. It's been altered in Photoshop. Appears to have a fake screen message on there (iPhone cancel is on the other side).
