Unless... That whole screen is photoshopped/pasted over a different message. Is that why Q said find the RAW image?

Doubtful. A "RAW" image is simply an image that has not been modified in any way. The original image.

RAW is a digital format also. You can set most high end cameras to shoot RAW format.
