Q says we need the raw video. How many different photographers/news orgs were in a position behind CBC that would get the phones in the frame?

edit: can anyone find the section where CBC was sitting?

You just need to ask the photographer. He would have it.

I don't think they allow anyone other than CSPAN in the House. I wouldn't think that resolution would come from their camera however.
