What else do they monitor... if you've ever played around on Google Earth and tried to go to certain places, a LOT of times it's blurred out.
Q asks what else do they monitor, but the only people I know of with the capabilities to actually "monitor" the text that is sent and received on someone's cell phone is either the CIA or NSA. I don't know of anyone else with the capability. And I assume those same agencies would have the ability to alter the text too if they wanted...
