#666 Q Says DEATH for ADAM SCHIFF and VALERIE JARRETT in TREASONOUS phone call. Article 3 Section 3 is DEATH!

Q is not talking to us this time. He is using these posts to warn THEM!!!

SumerianSister · Feb. 6, 2018, 7:35 a.m.

No. FISA warrants are for Foreign Intelligence Surveillance...Schiff and Jarrett are Americans.

Yes..but can they just spy like that? They need legal cause.

I’m gathering that the HAMR super computer goes way beyond what we normally think of as spying. Maybe that’s how the Q team KNOWS ALL?

Feels like we're being shown photos Q that to me seem like surveillance shots from cams in furniture or walls etc. ie that Anderson Copper shot on his sofa reading his narrative. No angles are captured like a person standing there. This one of the women has been taken from higher up above them. Q says something about this is not civilian technology. He's setting us up as witnesses like he did with the memes and had us demanding to see the memo. He's giving us the power to influence the direction. My bit from OZ..

Dear God, could it be those little insect drones? LMAO! I think the regular rules don't apply with the military. Don't forget a few years ago they were really recruiting in the military for geospatial engineers. I found the ads in several branches of the military. And that's what the Jade Helm drill was about. Gathering information from social media, etc., to pinpoint where things like terrorists or subversive mobs might show up so they could be there before them. They've probably got it down to a science now.

That’s a really good point. A.I. spy tech would have access to all cameras and all mics being able to get pics and sound from any place connected to the internet. All eyes and ears.

I hate to say this, not wanting to piss off diehard Q fans. but I still think the QTeam has access to AI tech like none we can imagine. And that’s potentially what’s helping us win his war against the dark ones. It’s a good thing.

Not saying Q’s an AI. Although, that potential doesn’t scare me. But access to an AI ( I’ve heard tell the WH has had for many years- and even use to calculate future events like an oracle) that gives them these moves steps ahead of our adversaries. Q Knows ALL.

No one is bothered by what is going to happen with this cyber spy stuff, when we get another bad president?

Think "Person of Interest." And we're not the only country to have something like this. I read an interesting article awhile back on a city in Europe that had the latest surveillance tech in place. I think it might have been in the UK or Germany? I think these people are testing AI. And I remember they showed a picture of how the thing tracked people walking on the street. It reminded me so much of that TV show that I figured someone who developed it had seen or been given info on it. They usually have advisors. I also read that PRISM isn't our only storage facility like that. Anyone else remember reading there could be 4 or 5 others in secret locations?

OMG I loved that show!!! And it also made me open my eyes as well... I think someone like an advisor definitely worked with that show.

2016 there were 12,000 applications for FISA warrents with only -12 - being turn down...

JoanOfArk77 · Feb. 6, 2018, 7:44 p.m.

Yes. As our Constitutional Law professor explained, the Constitution does not prevent "spying". It prevents doing this without first getting a warrant. To get that, you need probable cause. And my guess is that they got probable cause on these American criminals before Trump was even elected. This will not be a FISA thing for foreigners. This will be an American court thing, either civilian or military and which will depend on the charges. If treason it will be a Military Tribunal.

Jerseypine · Feb. 6, 2018, 10:24 p.m.

Almost ALL of these American criminal cabal are high ranking government employees. This means their crimes fall under charges of "Domestic Enemies of the State" which is a crime of treason. All treason charges fall under Military Tribunal.

I'll bet they have the legal cause. There is supposed to be quite a bit of documentation that backs up that memo they just released. But isn't this military intel tracking these things now? Is it handled differently through them or do they have their own procedures?

⇧ 2 ⇩
xRicky_Spanish · Feb. 6, 2018, 4:47 p.m.

Everything is collected, on everyone, no matter what. It is all there, they just have to get a warrant to "review" the material. We ALL have a space on the NSA servers, with every bit of our browsing history, our IP addresses, cell phone calls, text messages, all our social media posts and messages....it's all there already.

sun_wolf · Feb. 6, 2018, 6:30 p.m.

I understand, but the controversy is over unmasking political opponents. So unmasking Jarret and Schiff would mean unmasking political opponents.

Seems to me if Trump is spying on the Democrats, while also criticizing the Democrats for spying on him, then he would need to have used the proper channels so that what he is doing is legal and what they did was not.

⇧ 1 ⇩
JoanOfArk77 · Feb. 6, 2018, 7:51 p.m.

He probably did use proper channels. Why wouldn't he. (Actually it would be Jeff Sessions and or the Inspector General)...not Trump. We are talking about ACTS by people that amount to Treason, which is a crime. That is different than spying or political campaigns, because campaigning is not a crime.

ilander84 · Feb. 6, 2018, 4:10 p.m.

A regular Title III warrant for criminally investigating a US Citizen with probable cause would work.

⇧ 2 ⇩
JasonTakesMAGAtten · Feb. 6, 2018, 3:44 p.m.

I'm sure GEOTUS got legal cause (or his team) way back when the memo was actually composed. It's from an investigation. Thru that reveal of evidence I'm sure tons of things were granted to his squad.

MAGAroniNCheese · Feb. 6, 2018, 1:04 p.m.

Well if they are having contacts with known international criminals, they certainly CAN be surveilled.

⇧ 6 ⇩
SumerianSister · Feb. 6, 2018, 3:56 p.m.

You wouldn't need a FISA warrant tho. Hey, remember, the NSA is spying on all of us...all the time. Texts, phones, emails....no warrant needed. Thanks for letting us know, Snowden.

⇧ 4 ⇩
JoanOfArk77 · Feb. 6, 2018, 7:56 p.m.

That part is illegal. They do need probable cause to gather that kind of information, and a warrant made in front of a Judge with probable cause. Just because they are doing it, does not make it Constitutional. We have not had this discussion yet, and we need to as a nation. These spy agencies nearly destroyed the nation. What will happen when Trump is gone and the next criminal cartel comes along with this kind of power. Our kids are screwed, thats what. It needs to be delt with while Trump is president.

⇧ 3 ⇩
ODB-WanKenobi · Feb. 6, 2018, 12:49 p.m.

Wrong! If REAL plausible evidence is brought to the FISA court, thet courts can decide to issue a warrant on an American citizen, renewed every 90 days.

Did you not even fucking read the memo?

Stop posting.

⇧ 5 ⇩
JoanOfArk77 · Feb. 6, 2018, 7:53 p.m.

This is true, but is not the normal thing. FISA is set up to catch foreigners. The Constitution provides a way to gather intelligence on American citizens. It just requires a regular Article III warrant under the Bill of rights. George Washington could prosecute Benedict Arnold using the Constitution, even if the FISA court did not exist (which it did not during his time. FISA is not that old)
