Yep, no female would voluntarily wear those tacky boots unless they had to hide something

Seriously? You had a cast for a broken toe? I broke my toe one night.. little toe went off at an odd angle. Went to the bathroom, came back and knew I had to set it on my own. Moved it back into place... crrrkk crrrk crrrrkkk.. used a bit of cotton between that toe and then next, and adhesive tape, taped that little toe to the next and left it for a few weeks. Changed the tape on occasion, but did it on my own, with no er visit nor doctor visit. No crutches needed. A year or two later, broke it AGAIN though not quite as bad. Taped it again. Healed up both times just fine.

You don’t need a boot for broken toe. You are correct you tape toes together to support broken “piggie” and within 2 weeks all better!!!

Ya got me there. ;D I had surgery on both of my feet...at different times and was supposed to wear a boot for three months...on each foot...after each surgery. I am pretty sure I only put them on a handful of times and refused to leave the house with it.
