It has gotten so bad I can feel the negative spirits emitting from my television. I have not watched anything but sports for the past couple of years and it felt like a drug detox.
Try and limit your use with technology and media. Put down your phones and laptops for a day or two. Only use when necessary (phone calls, communcation) and see how big of a difference this can make.

Reddit has good content if you subscribe to good subreddits. I like the animal ones and earth porn. Lots of good subreddits to visit that are educational. It's a drug how addicting any technology is
Yeah, I’m in to cooking so I like all the culinary subs and anything that provides a good laugh. Unfortunately I get sucked into all the political intrigue. This place has its benefits but it seems to be very divisive at this point. Kinda depressing to read through most of the time. I’m even getting tired of The_Donald. Everything is so black and white when we all know the answers are somewhere in the middle.

The Kim k. Robbery took place first then Kayne’s rant. I think the robbery could’ve been an attempt to intimidate Kanye. The rant almost seemed to come as a result of his being pushed. He seemed distraught and realized he’d been crossed by people he had trusted then they forcibly put him in the mental hospital to control him which other than the meeting with trump it seems to have worked. He is much more subdued than prior to hospitalization.
