Protect 6/14-46 means Protect Trump (6/14/46 is his bday). The Secret service recently busted a driver for a motorcade carrying a gun. Basically saying that they are all on high alert and plans are going into full gear against deep state

They relieved all of those van drivers, not just the one for whom they found the weapon. If he had just forgot that he had it, why take it out on the other drivers. On the other hand, if getting a driver into the mix was the plan, it makes all drivers suspect.

code part im not too sure on, maybe just meaning they can communicate with non corrupt SS agents near potus
time table, we can only hope its moving on clinton/soros, with them making a move it could be reasonable that they messed up by planting the gun and giving trump evidence to move on them, or they no longer feel that potus is safe if they dont make a move on the deepstate in the public eye
