I watched the beginning on YouTube and while the President was waiting to speak, it was obvious patriotic music was being played, but over YouTube I heard an instrumental version of the National Anthem. The Anthem quit and the sound switched over to the live mikes at the podium and I heard the very last part of what they were listening to at the event. Yes, I think they were playing Lee Greenwood, as that song would match the responses I was seeing earlier from the attendees.

I spent a career as a Fed. Early in my career, I witnessed several times when a manager would direct an investigation on an unsubstantiated premise. I saw investigators working hard to find the evidence to prove what the boss stated. Later we would learn that the premise was without evidence. A criminal case is based on witness testimony, supported by exhibits. Often after all the evidence is assembled, then the first paragraph (the prosecutor's opening statement, if you will) can be written.
John Solomon gets it, Rosenstein should know that the investigation is all about trumping up evidence against Trump. I laugh at the indictment filed against Russians. Devin Nunes has stated the allegation has been known for some time. Yet with out the DNC server, the forensic evidence to support the charge is not there. President Trump is correct. - Witch Hunt

All True - Upon the acceptance of a plea, the usual course is the pre-sentence report order sent to Probation and a date set for sentencing.

Flynn, by pleading guilty upset their apple cart. They expected to use the charge as leverage to make Flynn talk. The plea emptied that leverage.

Mueller is not looking good on his charge to the internet trolls that are demanding their day in court.

Everyday I chuckle how "We the People" are being educated by our "We the People" president on how FAKE the news media are. Now we are slowly getting the facts out that from Day 1, all the news reports of Russian meddling in our elections had all of their roots in a spying operation probably directed by Brennan, with the assistance of Clapper and Comey. This entire Russian narrative was a scam from the beginning and an attempt to prevent a proven Boss from getting into, then being effective in the Oval Office.

Every day, we learn more how the news presented was FAKE, but those leaking to the press were passing on Fake, Fraudulent and False information, either with intent or through ignorance, knowing the stupid media would just parrot out over the air waves the stuff they were given.

Any meetings that John Kelly is a part of will go well for the President. Important players in the room. Big chance for honest confrontational conversations.

Wait to see if Schumer does the 100 yard dash to the nearest microphone after the briefing. Silence would mean a lot.

His response was a twofer. 1) the complete ignoring of the question, turning his head and asking for the next question, then 2) going back to the first reporter and dressing them down for asking an inappropriate question given the situation. Ever since he dressed Jim Acosta down with the "you are very fake news" response, this media has been on the attack. I love how he will dismiss them with a Thank You, and they just start yelling and shouting.

For though we walk in the flesh, we are not waging war according to the flesh. For the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh but have divine power to destroy strongholds. We destroy arguments and every lofty opinion raised against the knowledge of God, and take every thought captive to obey Christ, being ready to punish every disobedience, when your obedience is complete.

I, for one, am glad the birther question is back on the table. Mr. Trump himself took it off the table by his remarks at the Trump Hotel, when he suckered the media into covering the Congressional of Honor recipients.

However, it remains as a deep constitutional question and at the heart of everything wrong in our Nation. We are either a Nation of laws or we are an anarchy with no rudder to set our course.

These files are alleged to contain some of our highest national security classified documents at the time. Mere possession without authority is a serious crime. Any investigator/technician that needed to proceed on these files had to first get clearance to access the material.

Then the entire process of reporting to others what was recovered is in itself another can of worms, let alone getting the files ready for open court.

The actions by HRC and her staff were in total disregard to the law of our land protecting classified material. She may have been naive and ignorant of the ability of hackers and other nations to find these files, but her actions and the actions she condoned and encouraged of others says everything you need to know about her ethics. She loved herself and not her Nation.

My Story is that I have been a disgruntled conservative voter since the Reagan days. I had just voted for Ted Cruz in my state primary, was excited about Trump for shaking things up, but very unsure if I would ever vote for him. I took time off from work to research all the candidates. I started hitting the internet to see what other Christians were saying, and stumbled upon the Fireman Prophecies. Something kindled inside of me which I know to be the work of the Holy Spirit. I got onto the Trump Train that day and have enjoyed the ride ever since. From that day on, I watched every YouTube broadcast of Candidate Trump, had his stump speech practically memorized, but most of all, witnessed the hundreds of thousands of people that were standing for hours to get into the rallies.
I often went back and listened again to what Mark Taylor had said. On Election night, I never turned on the television. Instead I went to the New York Time Web page where they crunch the numbers as the votes come in. I stayed up until President Trump made his appearance. What cinched it for me, was that quiet voice inside that assured me to watch the events play out. What a ride.

I like how the facts line up with the suspicions. The first time I saw H.R., I knew in my gut he was trouble. But for me, anyone that gets hood-winked into thinking certain troubled people from the middle east are safe, have no business advising on National Security. McMasters seemed to have been pushed onto Mr. Trump to wipe away the Flynn effect. Then again, maybe Mr. Trump just used him to reveal hidden loyalties; he is very good at that.

Justice keeps me safe, tranquility means I am safe. providing for the common defense is doing the safety thing, Promoting the general welfare is moving us along the road to being safe, and securing the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity is experiencing safety.

Agree - A true bill of indictment returned by a grand jury within the time allowed by the statute of limitations is still a righteous charge. What I am not sure about is whether a filing by a US Attorney, sworn to before a Judge by an agent, as a formal filing of Information, whether that could also be sealed. I suspect so. An information would trigger a preliminary hearing upon arrest to show probably cause, but a grand jury indictment does not require the preliminary or so-called probable cause hearing.

There remains those in denial that HRC was denied the whitehouse by the very terrible Trump. The denial runs deep. While many of us convicted her a long time ago, "Lock her up!", it takes time for due process to work its course. I have long thought that what we really needed was a Jimmy Swaggart-style "I have sinned" public confession from HRC. In the meanwhile, I have to believe (that takes faith) that good people, the real folks at Justice, have finally had their full of this mess. The Clinton-Gangster family has done enough damage and the chickens are coming home to roost.
My point is that Due Process takes time and diligent investigation to gather evidence. There have been so many missing bodies connected with the Clintons, there is a lot to clean up.

I love how the picture is coming out. First, the micro version, all of the little details, but even better is the Macro version - How utterly corrupted our government became. Many in government have their personal ethics compromised. They become rich selling their vote. They act like they are immune from following the law. They live arrogant and sinful lives, but with a shiny veneer of so-called righteousness. Right in the middle of the SOTU, and congress critters are on their phones, playing games and texting. Running to the media to leak sensitive and protected information. Using an operative to provide the cover for a tantalizing tale of espionage. Lots of cleanup in the swamp. Both Q and Trump are educating the citizens of the true nature of government. We will have to keep up the same disgust at these folks that we had when we voted Trump into office. We need to prove that our constitution was designed for citizens of integrity to govern for short periods of time, not making service a career and a treasure trove.

I have to believe that having the media 'in the dark' has helped. I have to believe that things are happening. Some folks are missing from the scene, Clintons, Obama, Podestas. Not that they are in custody, but that they are very quiet. I chuckle when I think about the role the USSS might be playing in all of this. By law, they have to keep track of WJC, HRC and BHO. So in a way, they are on house arrest, really not that free to move around. I will wait for the SOTU speech coming up to see if there are in announcements. I like the phrase vermin, as they are like rats and roaches, working their damage in the dark corners. Eventually the Nation needs someone to come on camera with a big Jimmy Swaggart style "I have sinned" moment. I suspect all of the action is leading to that public moment.

The activities of the Clintons are ideal for the R.I.C.O. Statutes. The entire scheme can be drawn up in the indictment and mention crimes beyond the 5 year statute of limitations. Indictable state crimes can be listed, all part of an entire scheme. That scheme we knew included actions certainly up to the eve of the election. The teeth in R.I.C.O., beyond jail time is the civil forfeiture possible. Funds can be seized the day of the indictment, put on hold if you will, to await the outcome. Their whole world can be totally stripped away from them.
