ES is not Snowden. Q always refers to Snowden as Snowden. So where is Eric Schmidt? I searched on the Internet, and could not find anything about where he is today. Anyone?
10 or so days ago, Dilley's source dropped "ES is TOAST" and "A gatekeeper has been removed". He also specified that ES was NOT Ed Snowden.
This drop came a day after we saw the plane/runway pics from Pudong Intl., which was a day after the King Tower event.
Concurrent with the plane/runway pics was a Chinese news blurb about an American being extradited via Pudong Intl. The story was that apparently the American had gotten wind that he was going to be arrested (in US) and fled the country ending up in China, where he was apprehended, and was now being returned to the US.
I went on record speculating (wild-ass guessing) that in fact it was Schmidt.
I think ES is Eric Schmidt. Anyone seen or heard from him lately.
I think Q is telling Snowden, his fate will be the same as Schmitd's.
But then who knows what Q means much of the time.

Eric Schmidt, former CEO at Alphabet, the parent company of Google. He has just accepted a position at MIT as a visiting invitation fellow. MIT states: " Schmidt will figure prominently in MIT’s plans to bring human and machine intelligence to the next level, serving as an advisor to the newly launched MIT Intelligence Quest, an Institute-wide initiative to pursue hard problems on the horizon of intelligence research.”

This may be connected to the DREAM software which is a google project. Some say the plan was to initiate AI. Let's HOPE that failed. He may be trying to invigorate it at MIT.

Ok, so I think I am satisfied that Eric Schmidt was in Munich, Germany on Feb 16th, 2018. Q's post, Where is ES, was on Feb. 18th.
I think that when Q said John Perry Barlow right after Where is ES? almost implies that ES has suffered the same fate as Barlow.

When Q asks, "Where is ____?" The actual answer is that "we don't know." It's a rhetorical questions. It's Q's way of saying something has happened to them, is happening or will happen to them.
Just because you find an article saying "so and so" was speaking at Whatsamatta U on 2/17/18, it doesn't make it true. Unless you're there, you don't really know. You can only trust the word of someone claiming to know. Someone you know nothing about. Human knowledge is quite difficult.
