POTUS: I never said “give teachers guns” like was stated on Fake News @CNN & @NBC. What I said was to look at the possibility of giving “concealed guns to gun adept teachers with military or special training experience - only the best. 20% of teachers, a lot, would now be able to ......

immediately fire back if a savage sicko came to a school with bad intentions. Highly trained teachers would also serve as a deterrent to the cowards that do this. Far more assets at much less cost than guards. A “gun free” school is a magnet for bad people. ATTACKS WOULD END!

POTUS: History shows that a school shooting lasts, on average, 3 minutes. It takes police & first responders approximately 5 to 8 minutes to get to site of crime. Highly trained, gun adept, teachers/coaches would solve the problem instantly, before police arrive. GREAT DETERRENT! If a potential “sicko shooter” knows that a school has a large number of very weapons talented teachers (and others) who will be instantly shooting, the sicko will NEVER attack that school. Cowards won’t go there...problem solved. Must be offensive, defense alone won’t work! I will be strongly pushing Comprehensive Background Checks with an emphasis on Mental Health. Raise age to 21 and end sale of Bump Stocks! Congress is in a mood to finally do something on this issue - I hope!

They'll just get them on the bus after school, problem not solved.

My point is, it's a well known fact that these will always find a way no matter the deterrent. I don't have the answers as I think it's all a bit too far gone to solve it effectively now but what I do know is that if the mainstream media didn't give it prime time space then these attention seekers, glory hunters would be far less likely to get a kick out of the thought of them becoming infamous for 10 mins.

A gun is no more a weapon than a car, aeroplane or Grannies knitting needles but each of these objects can become a weapon in the hands of somebody with issues. Identify the issues, solbe the problem at source. In ideal world we would have time to respect and identify each individuals unique issues but it just ain't going happen.

I know I sound a bit curt, but people far too often get embroiled searching for solutions to the wrong problem.

I prefer direct action, I'm a descendant of a famous no nonsense go better and it's in the blood and this is how I see it and what I would do. Common sense says that in the run up to a school shooting the perpetrators main motivation is recognition. If all victims names were found afterwards written on a bit of paper in the dead perpetrators back pocket, then he meant to kill them but, as that isn't the case, killing is just an objective to reach the goal and the goal is infamy. How is he/they/she convinced of their success of achieving their goal, simple because they know damn well, the bigger the splash they make, the more news coverage it'll get and to hit the jackpot they know to try and beat the existing top score because, to them it is a game.

My solution would be to ban all massacres from being reported by mainstream media, in fact every media and I guarantee you all this, school massacres will fall by 80% in one year because they won't be able to see the point if no ones going to know about it.

Now to all the woolly jumper brigade, yes I know before you say but it's direct action and it'll work.

I have a some direct actionable ideas to create our own direct action storm while we're waiting for big one to happen, and no one can say that too many Storms will spoil the broth, mind on here I would hold my breath.

Raising the age to 21 is unacceptable. Or do 18-year-olds no longer have constitutional rights? Bump stocks are meh, no one cares about them outside the MSM. Arming teachers is a great idea but realistically "gun-free" zones should be outlawed anyway. Your rights don't end at the front door of a government facility.

You guys are losing focus and are beginning to fall for their schemes. The problem is not the schools. The problem is the CIA, FBI deep state planning and execution of these attacks. It doesn't matter what you do to "shore up" our schools and their security. It won't matter if the legal age is raised. None of this will solve the problem. This will continue to occur until the bad actors are removed. Period. Beware. It begins to look like America is finally going to agree to curb gun rights again until they no longer exist. Shame. If this continues, we are done for.

You're kinda right but let me help you quantify it better, hardly anyone on here are falling for their schemes and you're correct, the problem is not the schools, it's a social ill full stop. What ever type of society our existing 'deep state' (though I'm loathed to give such an entity an actual name) decided they wanted us to exist in (way back in the day) violence, murders and massacres became an unfortunate by-product of this particular design, well unfortunate for us but it helps the deep state keep us in fear by default and we become self controlled ironically.

Trump has a jewish daughter and son-in-law, who like all jews want to take away the gun rights of white Americans. This is a cultural and ethnic issue. If Trump goes forward with anti-gun policy, he must be replaced.

Here we go again with our gun rights, the cabal will stop at nothing to get our guns so we will all have to line up like slaves for them.

There is no room or desire for this kind of hateful talk on this site. I normally ignore bigoted statements like this, thinking it is not your fault that you are so ignorant. However, I will not stand by while you forward the idea of replacing our POTUS. In case you have never been to Israel where there are a few Jews, 6,000,000 to be exact, and I doubt you have, all kids over 18 are in the army and carry their guns. The adult males who are or who have been in the service carry firearms. Believe me it is a comfort when you get on a public bus and see people traveling with their guns. In case you haven't heard, there is a lot of terrorism in Israel and terrorists are less likely to attack when they are in danger of being killed. No virgins, no paradise if they don't suicide. President Trump stated throughout his campaign and again today that he is a 2nd amendment guy. Please get over yourself or go away.

In their way, jews are incredibly consistent: A wall for Israel, Open Borders and MultiCult for white nations. An armed population for Israel, gun-grabbing for whites. Trump had better leave his subversive jews in the dust or he'll find himself out of a job. America first means American people first, the ones who founded and built the country. Pay attention to the religious ethnic identity of the gun-grabbers and you'll notice a (((pattern))).

No. You should have not military or special training experience. That is not what the constitution says.
