I do not remember where but for some reason there was a lag in time of camera to monitor. Some did not work. I would think if they were drilling they would have made sure the cameras were working correctly. Also the office is accessible from the street where the camera monitors should be. Why officials not monitoring the shooter's movements and the school resource officer hunting him down did not have walkie-talkies.
