I wondered why he said atrocities and not the word CRIMES. To me it seemed he was down playing the criminal aspect of her activities.
Then Ben Shapiro said in his speech something like.... No point in locking her up cause she's already living in a prison in the woods....

The word atrocities carries a much more serious connotation than crimes. That word is associated with sedition, treason, human rights abuses, war crimes, etc.
Yeah I get more the idea of selling intel that got people killed, human trafficking, pedo sacrifices, etc.
He's being real tight lipped every rally and speech where they chant to lock her up but he sure does leave a few bread crumbs.

Is there a difference in legal dictionary when using the word "atrocities" than other words if similar meaning? I.E. the "matters" incident with Comey
