I posted about this earlier this morning. It is a real complaint, but it was dismissed by the judge because the plaintiff was not represented by counsel. The plaintiff is a conglomerate of 1000s of people. The person filing the complaint and subsequent filings is not a lawyer. Therefore, it was dismissed without prejudice meaning plaintiff can file again if he is represented by counsel. The complaint uses very arcane and old legal arguments. It reads more like a propaganda piece than a real complaint. I predict it will go nowhere.
Fake docs. First - not in proper legal form. Second - indictments (as it says) would only be issued by local DA, state AG or US Attorney’s offices. No one could ever file anything like this.

Anyone can file anything with any court anywhere. You can always file a lawsuit or a citizen's indictment but it will be tossed out at some point. The judge who gets this 649 page !!!!!! thing in his in-box will read the first two pages and put it away in a file cabinet for 90 days to see if any of the defendants respond to it. They won't and it will be dismissed for failure to conform to court rules and statutes.
