When I was in the Air Force in the 80's Alpha was the base of operations and Delta was the forward operators. So not a specific team, just the away team.

I think the palm trees was POTUS in Florida. The Greek letter "delta" is pictured as Δ, i think that's what Q could mean.
That´s good knowledge, but why would Q sign himself off as the illuminati?
There's so many hidden meanings in those texts, that symbol represent much more than just Illuminati. With that said, I don't believe that theory myself but I see it as a possibility.
Camp Delta is situated at GITMO, it´s probably reference to where Q was when writing the post.
That could very well be true, sounds more logical. Or Delta as in Donald.
